Dr. Schipper completed both his internship and residency at South Baltimore General Hospital. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

During his medical training, Dr. Schipper studied the fields of obstetrics and gynecology in detail. Dr. Pascale Duroseau attended Carnegie Mellon University, where she recieved a Bachelor's of Science degree in microbiology in May 1994. She then attended New York University in New York City, New York where she earned her medical degree in 1998.

Dr. Duroseau completed her residency in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the Johns Hopkins Hospital School of Medicine/Greater Baltimore Medical Center program in June 2002. She graduated with the eloquatious title of "Resident Most Likely to Help a Collegue."

Dr. Duroseau has earned her board certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She loves the diversity offered by the field of obstetrics and gynecology. She has particular interest in minimally invasive laparoscopic procedures, high risk obstetrics, adolescent gynecology and the transition to menopause.

An interesting fact about this journey is that she attended NYU with her two twin cousins who are from Frederick, MD. The circle is now complete. She is thrilled to be practicing in her cousin's hometown. Dr. Duroseau is married and has three children.

Dr. Amy Heyman is a valued member of the medical staff at Capital Women’s Care. She provides a number of different services for patients in and around Frederick, Mount Airy & Urbana, Maryland.

Dr. Heyman completed 4 years of undergraduate training at Michigan State University. After receiving her bachelor’s degree, she attended medical school at the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.

After medical school, Dr. Heyman completed her internship and residency at the Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Her professional interests include minimally-invasive gynecologic surgery, adolescent gynecology, and menopausal gynecology. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, watching movies, traveling, and being outdoors.

Dr. Thomas-Spencer’s areas of interest include laparoscopic procedures, minimally-invasive procedures, and adolescent gynecology. She’s Board Certified from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Dr. Thomas-Spencer is married and has 1 daughter. She grew up in Frederick, Maryland, and she is excited and proud to be practicing medicine in her hometown.

After graduating with honors in medical school, Dr. Dhillon completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Saint Peters University Hospital/Drexel School of Medicine in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She then pursued a Maternal Fetal Medicine fellowship and Master of Science in biomedical sciences at the University Of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. During her training, she received many awards, such as the best academic resident award and the Arnold P. Gold award for humanism in teaching. She is double board-certified in general obstetrics and gynecology, as well as maternal fetal medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine.

Dr. Dhillon has published numerous scholarly articles on fetal anomalies, obstetrics complications of pregnancy, such as postpartum hemorrhage and preeclampsia. Her clinical interests include obstetrics ultrasound, preterm labor prevention, prenatal screening, and diagnosis.
