After studying at Tulane University, Dr. Goldberg continued his education at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Goldberg is board certified and holds several academic appointments, including assistant professor at NSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine.

He served 5 years as chief of staff at Memorial Hospital West in Pembroke Pines. He previously served as the Ob/Gyn department chief for 4 years, secretary/treasurer of the medical staff for 2 years, and vice chief of staff for 3 years.

Jabal Uffelman, MD, is a board-certified gynecologist with additional certifications in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine. Richard Conlen, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN specialist who leads Boca Raton Obstetrics and Gynecology in Boca Raton, Florida. Dr. Conlen has been practicing in Boca Raton for over 30 years. Dr. Smith-Thomas graduated from the University of the West Indies, Jamaica, with honors in Biochemistry and Zoology. She then went on to pursue her medical degree at the Mona Campus of the university, where she graduated at the top of the class, with honors. She trained in family medicine for two years at Louisiana State University in Monroe County, before being accepted into the residency program at Rochester General Hospital in New York, where she was able to pursue her true passion in life: obstetrics and gynecology. During her residency, she received multiple resident awards including the Berlex teaching award and the Dr. James Craig Potters award for the resident who is industrious, hardworking, honest, kind, skilled, and learns from each patient.

Cecile A. Walker, MD, is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 20 years of experience in the field. She welcomes patients to book an appointment with her at Lucina Women's Health and Midwifery in Boynton Beach, Florida. 

Dr. Walker was born on the Caribbean island of Nevis, and at age 3, moved to the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, where she grew up. In 1989, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas campus, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with Physics. She first developed an interest in female healthcare one summer during college when she had the opportunity to shadow an obstetrician/gynecologist.  

In 1989, she moved to Washington, DC, to attend medical school at Howard University College of Medicine. While in medical school, her interest in female healthcare grew, and she also discovered a liking for surgery. Electing to pursue a career in Obstetrics and Gynecology was therefore an easy decision for Dr. Walker, as it is the ideal blend of medicine and surgery.

Dr. Walker received her medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine in 1993, graduating in the top 10% of her class. In 1997, she completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Vincent's Medical Center of Richmond in Staten Island, New York. After completing residency, she practiced in the District of Columbia and Maryland, then Montgomery, Alabama, before moving to South Florida, where she has been practicing since 2013.

Emily Woodbury, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified expert in obstetrics and gynecology at Lucina Women's Health and Midwifery known for her warm bedside manner, compassionate care of patients, and thorough knowledge of OB/GYN. Dr. Woodbury offers well-woman exams, prenatal care, and gynecologic concern visits for conditions such as pregnancy, PCOS, vaginitis, fibroids, and ovarian cysts at a couple of the offices in Boca Raton, Florida.

Born into a family of physicians of all specialties, Dr. Woodbury knew at age 4 that medicine was the field for her. She earned her bachelor's degree in international affairs and science from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Dr. Woodbury then attended medical school at Columbia University, where she earned several prestigious research awards. She fell in love with OB/GYN working with midwives in London, India, and Ghana and by learning at Columbia from some of the best OB/GYNs in the world. She was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, the highest honorary society available to medical students in the United States.

She then completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Cornell in New York City. There, she completed her training and earned additional certification in the use of the da Vinci® Surgical System. She comes to Boca after years of working in a private office in Manhattan where she delivered babies at Mount Sinai West, treated women of all walks of life, and had the honor of gaining the trust of thousands of patients.

Dr. Woodbury is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Medical Association. She moved to Boca Raton, Florida, in summer 2021 with her husband, who is an Interventional Pain anesthesiologist, and their two young children (Teddy and Elle).
