She’s passionate about building trust, and partners with patients on their journey to meet their health and wellness goals. She provides expert care to women of all ages, including teens.  

Education

Dr. Coe received her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fullerton and her medical degree from the David Geffen School of Medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles. She remained at the UCLA Medical Center to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She was certified as a menopause practitioner by the North American Menopause Society in 2012. To further her education, Dr. Coe recently received her Master of Science in health policy from City, University of London in the UK, and has a dedicated interest in health care reform and public policy.

 

Personal

Dr. Coe was born and raised in Orange County, California until the age of 12 when she moved with her family to Montana. After graduating high school, she returned to Southern California where she–a first-generation college student–worked full-time to fund her education in the pursuit of becoming a physician. She has always been an avid athlete, paddling for 10 years on the Dana Point outrigger canoe team throughout her undergraduate education and running, swimming, and biking throughout medical school and residency. After finally mastering her chosen field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, she worked in private practice in Newport Beach, CA until her second child was born, after which she reduced her practice to surgery assisting in order to spend more time with her family. When her mother suffered a permanent spinal cord injury from a horse accident, she put her career on hold and moved to Montana to be near her parents. She raised her children between Whitefish, Montana and London, England. This time spent collecting adventures and memories with her children is priceless to her. With both children now in college, she was able to return to private practice in Newport Beach, CA to re-engage with her life-long passion and commitment to collaborating with women to meet their healthcare goals and live empowered lives. She has worked tirelessly towards her re-entry process and developing her private practice goals. She has survived many expected and unexpected transitions in life and overcoming these challenges has inspired her to be a brave advocate for empowering women to take charge of the factors that influence their health and overall wellness. She remains a devoted mom.

When she’s not improving her patients’ health, Dr. Coe channels her creative energy and desire to work with her hands into gardening, cooking, and drawing–she even started college as an art major! She would call herself a “foodie”, loves to perfect recipes, and enjoys learning about new cultures through food. She is also a health and fitness enthusiast and enjoys active travel with her friends and family, including biking, hiking, and skiing.

Hello! I am Nidhee Sachdev, MD, a double board-certified and fellowship-trained reproductive endocrinologist and infertility expert.

I have had the opportunity to train at some of the most prestigious and diverse medical programs in the country, including fellowship training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the New York University (NYU) Langone Fertility Center in New York City, where I conducted research on preimplantation genetic screening (PGS). I also trained at the University of Chicago Medical Center, where I earned the academic distinction of academic chief resident in obstetrics and gynecology, and worked under a top expert in recurrent pregnancy loss.

I am passionate about providing individualized, collaborative patient care. I started my medical career here in Orange County, where I earned my Doctor of Medicine at the University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine. I also completed my Bachelor of Science in human biology at the University of California, San Diego.

My research has been published in numerous respected publications, and I have received multiple teaching awards. I have also presented my research across the country. I am board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

After traveling across the country in recent years, I am thrilled to be back in Southern California, advocating for reproductive health and successful family building journeys for my patients. Sally McNally has spent over 30 years working in the labor room both as a midwife and as a labor and delivery RN. Sally brings a wealth of information and experience to the patients she serves. Her goal is to work with her patients to help them achieve a birth experience as close to their dreams as possible. “I believe women are very wise and powerful, I encourage women to embrace that inner wisdom and trust their bodies during childbirth.” Sally originally trained as a nurse and then as a midwife in Ireland. She spent 5 years in Saudi Arabia working as a midwife before coming to the US. She worked as an RN and Charge nurse for 20 years at CMH in Ventura. Recently she went back to school earning her Masters and CNM certification. Sally is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Childbirth Educator. She blends these gifts together to help prepare women to go confidently into their labor and births. She teaches classes at CMH, New Parent Resource Center. Sally has one daughter and she is married to local realtor John McNally.

Patrick Diesfeld, MD, FACOG, specializes in obstetric and gynecologic care at Women’s Health Partnership Medical Group in Ventura and Oxnard, California. He offers a wide spectrum of services like annual exams, contraception, STD prevention, infertility treatments, and pregnancy care. He also offers advanced outpatient solutions for gynecologic surgery and offers collaborative midwife obstetric care. 

Dr. Diesfeld received his medical degree from the State University of New York, Buffalo. He completed his internship and residency at the Los Angeles County–USC Medical Center. He became a fellow at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He then became the assistant residency director at the UCLA Medical Center’s Ventura campus in the OB/GYN Training Program.

Dr. Diesfeld was one of the early members of the American Association of Gynecologic Surgeons and has presented original research at their annual meetings. He has been an innovator in the field of minimally invasive surgery and is a surgical device patent holder.
