Dr. Nolan was appointed clinical instructor at the orthopaedic division of Laser Centers of America, where he developed laser instruments for use in arthroscopy. 

He has served on the medical executive committee of Capital Health (2002), the Board of Directors at Mercer County Surgical Center (2001-2012), and was the founding director of Ortho​​paedic Trauma at St. Mary Medical Center from 2012-2016.

Born in Accra, Ghana, Dr. Codjoe came to the United States in 1989. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and subsequently earned his medical degree at Rutgers’ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He finished his internship in general surgery and residency in orthopaedic surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

During his training, Dr. Codjoe served as team physician for several high schools and a semi-professional hockey team.
