Dr Kiersz-Mueller was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and moved to Florida with her parents and siblings at the age of 15. Dr. Kiersz-Mueller majored in chemical biology for her undergraduate studies at Stevens Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science. After graduating in 2010, she enrolled at the Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine to complete her medical degree.
Dr. Kiersz-Mueller undertook her internship in family and osteopathic medicine at the Medical College of Georgia from 2014-2015, and completed her residency in family and community medicine at the University of Texas Health Sciences San Antonio from 2015-2017, where she served as chief resident during her senior year. She joined THINK Neurology for Kids in 2020. Dr. Kiersz-Mueller holds certification from the American Board of Family Medicine.
When she is not devoting her time to young patients, Dr. Kiersz-Mueller takes great pleasure in spending time with her husband and hiking and paddle-boarding with their Dachshund. In December, 2019, Dr Kiersz Mueller became a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, which she hopes to someday integrate with her practice in order to promote self-confidence and strength in her patients.

Dr. Jerry Tomasovic attended medical school at the University of Chicago. He served 20 years in the Air Force, entering private practice in San Antonio in 1985. Kelly Smith, MD, specializes in pediatric pulmonology and sleep medicine, and is a co-founder of Texas Pediatric Specialties and Family Sleep Center in the Alamo Heights, Shavano Park, and Lockhill-Selma areas of San Antonio, Texas. He has achieved fellowship designation in four areas of medical practice to include sleep medicine, pediatrics, pediatric pulmonology, and internal medicine.
A New Braunfels native, Dr. Smith earned his undergraduate degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and remained in the state to complete his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He refined his skills and knowledge through an internship and residency at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, where he was also appointed chief resident of internal medicine and pediatrics.
Fellowship training in pediatric pulmonology at Texas Children’s Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston came next, followed by research and training in sleep medicine through the Texas Children’s Sleep Center in San Antonio.
Dr. Smith went into private practice in 2007 and worked with his partners to open Texas Pediatric Specialties and Family Sleep Center in 2009. He enjoys working collaboratively to offer the highest possible level of care in pediatric pulmonology and adult/pediatric sleep medicine.

Dr. Marsh recognizes the role that parents and other family members play in assisting and supporting kids with neurological issues.
