Dr. Rotenberg earned his undergraduate, graduate, and medical degrees at  Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Rotenberg received the USAF Health Professions Scholarship and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the USAF in 1991. He stayed at Brown to complete dual degrees: Doctor of Medicine and Master of Medical Science - Community Health. Dr Rotenberg completed pediatric rotations at Children's National Medical Center, Johns Hopkins and Kennedy Krieger Institute.

Dr. Mammen completed her undergraduate education at Villanova University. She then earned her medical degree in 2001 from Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia. After medical school, she attended the University of Connecticut for her pediatric residency. Dr. Mammen worked in Connecticut for 3 years before moving to Texas in 2007. Her medical interests include breastfeeding, ADHD, and asthma.

Dr. Mammen lives in Katy with her husband Sandeep, a local dentist, and their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, hiking, and working out. On the weekends, she spends a significant amount of time at her kids' basketball games and track meets.
