Dr. Jonathan Stone is double board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and by the American Board of Pain Medicine. He graduated Suma Cum Laude from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He then received a Bachelor of Science in Medicine from the University of South Dakota. Dr. Stone received his Doctor of Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Pittsburgh where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. He has practiced in Montana, South Dakota, and Tennessee before joining Florida Pain Medicine.

Dr. Stone performs a variety of interventional pain procedures utilizing ultrasound and fluoroscopic guidance. Renato Vesga, MD, is a dual board-certified physician by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. With extensive training and clinical expertise, he specializes in diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of spine, musculoskeletal, and pain-related disorders at Anchor Spine & Joint, located in Tampa, Riverview, Odessa, Pinellas Park, and Lutz, Florida. 

His advanced skills include performing interventional spinal procedures, electrodiagnostic studies, and implanting neuromodulation systems to help patients manage chronic pain and improve function. Originally from New York City, Dr. Vesga completed his undergraduate studies at Columbia University before earning his medical degree at MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. 

He went on to complete his internship at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. To further refine his expertise, Dr. Vesga pursued an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Temple University Hospital/Mid Atlantic Spine and Pain Physicians.

He completed his residency at the University of Missouri before pursuing a NASS-accredited fellowship in the Greater Tampa Bay area, where he gained specialized expertise in treating complex spine, joint, and musculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Elverman works at Anchor Spine & Joint, located in Tampa, Riverview, Odessa, Pinellas Park, and Lutz, Florida.

Justin M Raye, DO, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physician and interventional pain management specialist at 360 Orthopedics in Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Dr. Raye earned his Bachelor of Science in applied physiology and kinesiology (Summa Cum Laude) at the University of Florida. He then completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tennessee, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. He completed his internship at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, before completing his PM&R residency at the University of Minnesota, where he was also named Chief Resident. Dr. Raye rounded out his medical training with an interventional pain management fellowship at Arizona Pain Specialists. 

Dr. Raye’s research appears in several medical journals and his clinical trials have proven valuable in stem cell repair and spinal stenosis treatment. Dr. Kotcharian earned his Bachelor of Science in bio-chemistry and molecular biology at Nebraska Wesleyan University. He then earned his medical degree at the University of Toledo College of Medicine in Ohio. He completed both his internship and residency in PM&R at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania before completing an interventional spine and sports medicine fellowship at the same institution. 

Dr. Kotcharian previously served a most distinguished career in medicine as Assistant Professor of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and as Assistant Fellowship Director of the Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Fellowship, both at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is an expert at both diagnostic and interventional fluoroscopic-guided spinal procedures including steroid injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency denervation.

Dr. Kotcharian enjoys outdoor activities with his family and is a “foodie”. He is active in the sport of martial arts since his youth and continues to practice Taekwondo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Karate.
