Blair is a native of Northern Virginia and recently moved to Colorado with her family from New Jersey. She graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2012 with a degree in biology and minor in dance. Following undergrad she taught Pilates-based exercise as a technician in an outpatient physical therapy clinic, which led her to pursue a 500-hour professional Pilates certification through Peak Pilates prior to attending graduate school. Blair completed her doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2017 from Thomas Jefferson University.
As a physical therapist and Pilates instructor she is a strong believer in global postural re-education training and holistic exercise that encompasses the mind-body connection for optimal outcomes. Blair is passionate about integrating Pilates-based exercise into her treatment sessions to help heal her patients.
Grace graduated with her DPT from Regis University and has been working in outpatient orthopedics for the past two years. She was initially drawn to outpatient orthopedics because she enjoyed treating conditions such as low back pain, hip pain, and chronic pain. There she became certified in dry needling, where she was able to help individuals control their pain to maximize function.
While working in outpatient orthopedics, she gained mentorship in pelvic floor physical therapy where she learned how to treat individuals with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. She developed a passion for implementing pain neuroscience education into treatment to help her patients understand their pain and conquer their functional goals. Grace strives to combine patient’s personal experiences, best available evidence, and clinical expertise to help her patients. She is excited to continue her clinical growth at N2.
Caren was born and raised in the south Denver Metro area. She received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Abilene Christian University and continued on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Texas in 2019. She achieved her pelvic rehabilitation practitioner certification (PRPC) in April 2021 to indicate the knowledge and skills necessary to accurately diagnose and treat pelvic dysfunctions for men and women throughout the life cycle. She has recently moved back to Denver after treating in Oakland, CA the last number of years and having her first baby. Caren is excited about the opportunity at this moment in history regarding the growth and potential of pelvic health physical therapy within the medical community and its accessibility to all humans. She is an avid yogi herself and loves encouraging patients to find their own ways to connect with their bodies and the communication occurring there.
Cailey earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee. She received her bachelor’s degree in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University in Indiana, where she competed as a cross country and track athlete. She retired from the sport after a hip injury that limited her return to running. In recent years, she received treatment for her pelvic floor allowing her to return to her full stride and back to what she loves. This path drew her to the pelvic floor branch of physical therapy.
Prior to treating pelvic floor physical therapy, Cailey treated in an outpatient orthopedic clinic. Here she honed her skills with low back pain and a multitude of orthopedic conditions. She is certified and practices level 1 dry needling as well as a full body assessment technique called SFMA. She believes bodies are dynamic requiring a holistic approach to care and assessment. She approaches therapy as a team, helping people get back to what they love.
“Cailey has helped me so much. I’m so glad I got her as my pelvic floor PT. She is amazing the amount that she knows, her kindness, her patience and her willingness to discuss and explore possibilities. I am doing so so much better in multiple areas all thanks to her!”
I am an Oklahoma native who loves running, skiing, using my peloton and volunteering with middle school students in my spare time. I moved to Colorado to be closer to my sisters and the mountains.
I was first introduced to pelvic floor physical therapy as a first year physical therapy student in my first clinical. I am passionate about helping females get back to their best lives after pelvic dysfunction. I integrate my orthopedic background with all of my pelvic patients, and feel it is important to screen the entire body for dysfunction. I believe that when you come into my office we are a team and I am excited to start on your pelvic floor journey with you!
Dr. Shelley Meyer is a highly trained and experienced pelvic floor physical therapist. She holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Washington University in St. Louis, and has been practicing pelvic floor physical therapy for over a decade. Her background in movement based impairments, taught at Washington University, created a foundation for helping patients adjust how they move to restore pain-free movement. And over the years, she recognized that treating chronic pain patients required a more holistic, comprehensive approach.
As symptoms linger for chronic pain patients, they start to affect other neighboring body parts and can alter your neurological system. By incorporating traditional pelvic floor physical therapy with medical therapeutic yoga and integrative lifestyle medicine, this approach as allowed her to focus not just on the physical impairments of my patients, but rather treat them from a biopsychosocial approach.
