Dr. Franklin Sinchi, PT, DPT graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2017. Dr. Soliman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training/Sports Medicine from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. He went on to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MCPHS University in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Soliman's interest in physical therapy stems from his own journey through many sports-related injuries coupled with his drive to help people achieve their therapeutic goals.

Dr. Soliman underwent extensive training during his clinical rotations, ranging from acute-care hospital settings to sports-specific settings. JJ received his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA in Las Piñas City in the Philippines, graduating with honors. After passing the United States boards in 1996, JJ began his career at AdventHealth Orlando in Florida. Since that time, he has worked in various clinical settings, including acute, sub-acute, and rehabilitation hospitals, outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing facilities, and nursing homes in Lake Placid, Sebring, and Wauchula, Florida, gaining more than 15 years of experience.

Dr. Darnell Peters, PT, DPT graduated from Andrew’s University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2010. He has since worked in various settings from acute care, inpatient rehab, outpatient clinics, aqua-therapy, and home care and has over 10+ years of experience as a PT.

Antonette Cabello, PT went to physical therapy school in the Philippines and has been practicing in a variety of patient settings for over 34 years. She enjoys the challenge of treating different conditions and likes to focus on using manual techniques and educating her patients in the management of his/her condition.

Kristan attended SUNY Oneonta and received her bachelor's in biology in 2011 and then went onto Mercy College for her doctorate in physical therapy and graduated in 2016. She has worked in the outpatient setting since 2012 but has been a physical therapist for 6 years treating mainly orthopedic cases. She has been trained in McKenzie treatment by colleagues and has taken all the courses associated with this certification. She has taken on students at her previous employer and has a certification in being a level 1 clinical instructor from the APTA. This is her first time treating in the home care setting and thoroughly enjoys working one on one and educating the patient and family members.

Mithun earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York Medical College while also completing his Masters in Public Health Policy and Management. Prior to physical therapy school he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a Minor in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College. Mithun has a diverse clinical experience and has worked with a variety of patient populations including outpatient orthopedics and post-operative rehab, young athletes, geriatrics, neurological injuries and wound care cases. While in school, he worked with the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps to provide valuable PT services to the underserved Native American populations living in rural Arizona. 

Mithun is passionate about getting patients back to their optimal function by utilizing a holistic approach to treatment. He is also greatly interested in the field of public health and PT advocacy which lead him to pursing his MPH degree. While at NYMC the focus of his Doctoral project was to determine what kinds of personal and financial factors limit a patient from seeking PT treatment for non-specific low back pain. While working with the USPHS he also took initiatives in raising awareness of the opioid crisis as well as public education about Physical Therapy. Mithun utilizes manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities and patient education to treat a variety of orthopedic conditions especially of the spine and shoulder which are his main interests. 

Mithun was born in India and immigrated to the US with his family at a very young age. Growing up on Long Island, Mithun was involved in a variety of sports throughout his high school and undergraduate years including tennis, winter track, soccer and basketball. In his free time Mithun enjoys exploring the outdoors, rock climbing, fishing, reading, drawing and spending time with his dogs.
