Dr. Cairns and his wife founded the practice with the mission to help patients of all ages with foot and ankle conditions, including infants, children, teens, and adults.

Dr. Cairns attended the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Finch University of Health Sciences. He met his wife in medical school and they relocated to Miami, Florida, where he completed a three-year surgical residency program. After completing his medical training, they decided to make North Texas their home and create their first practice.
Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Cairns has been practicing podiatric care for over 10 years. But he is dedicated to perfecting his skills in the latest foot and ankle treatment techniques and continues to further his knowledge of the field.
Outside of podiatry care, Dr. Cairns is an active member of his community and church. He also enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their three young children.

He also specializes in minimally invasive surgeries for bunions and hammertoes.
In his downtime, Dr. Woodly enjoys spending time with his family and practicing Ju Jitsu.
