I give the actual practice a 5. Staff friendly, and helpful. However, I am rating Pablos DeJesus a 1. He just walked in, never introduced himself, never once looked at me, just keep putting information into his tablet. LiteraShow morelly did a 1 minute evaluation of my concerns, then prescribed meds. He asked me which pharmacy and walked away. He sent the medication to the wrong pharmacy so I had to wait for the following day for the office manager to correct. Pick someone else when you go.

The doctor was fantastic and very thorough. The four stars is due to the consistent issues I have had with accurate billing. On several occasions I’ve been misquoted about what I would be charged. It has been very frustrating. Dr. De Jesus had no part in those issues and I am grateful for the information he gave me.

This my first visit with Pablo. He was very attentive to my medical needs and offered good advice and ideas for certain issues. I sure he was very busy today, but being my first time I thought he didn’t take my time to introduce himself. He never mentioned his name or his position with the company. P.A.or nurse practitioner, not sure what he was . Overall, I would probably see him again.
