David Kocenda, FNP-C, MSN, MBA, is an experienced family nurse practitioner at Rubix Health, a telehealth practice based in Tallahassee, Florida, Roswell, Georiga, and Southfield, Michigan. He has over a decade of medical experience as a nurse practitioner.
David received his bachelor’s degree in nursing and his master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio, where he graduated with honors. He also graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix in Arizona, where he earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA).
David completed his clinical rotations and specialty training through the Cleveland Clinic system in the Cleveland and Akron, Ohio, areas. This program placed him at some of the country's most highly sought-after clinical rotations for nurse practitioners. He received added training in endocrinology, cardiology, pediatrics, emergency medicine, and other medical specialties.
David is highly experienced in treating neurological disorders, spine conditions, musculoskeletal complaints, and mental health disorders using the latest advances in technologies and therapies.

Blair Grose, PMHNP-BC, MSW, is a highly trained psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner at Rubix Health, a telehealth practice based in Tallahassee, Florida, Roswell, Georiga and Southfield, Michigan. She has more than 15 years of nursing, social work, and behavioral health experience working with diverse populations.
Blair received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, and her Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.
She also earned her Master of Social Work at Michigan State University in East Lansing and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Oakland University in Oakland County, Michigan. Blair has collaborated on various research studies during her time as a research assistant at Oakland University.
She enjoys using cutting-edge methods in behavioral health to improve patients’ emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and moods. Blair specializes in reiki, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and more to address trauma and other mental health concerns.

Dr. Olu Osoba, M.D is an Adjunt Assistant Professor at Emory University school of Medicine and Children's Hospital at Scottish Rite in Atlanta. He is also in private practice at Lakeview Hospital in Norcross, GA. Prior to moving to GA in March 2012, he was the Interim Medical Director for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Sister’s of Providence Health system in Holyoak, Massachusetts. Dr Osoba was also the Head of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit Michigan from 2006-2008
Dr Osoba, who began his career with the Henry Ford Health System in 2004, specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of behavioral disorders in children especially in Pervasive Developmental disorders and has an interest in, ADHD, Learning disabilities, Velo-cardio facial syndrome and Cornelia De Lange syndrome. He is a certified Love and Logic parenting Instructor hence uses other tools like Parent managment training in his approach to treating children.

Dr. Ram is a board-certified psychiatrist. After graduating from medical school, he completed his initial psychiatric training in Scotland. Dr. Ram obtained esteemed membership in the Royal College of Psychiatrists, London. He briefly worked as a consultant psychiatrist in London before moving to America. Dr. Ram is board-certified in addiction medicine and has exceptionally high success rates in treating addiction. Dr. Ram is a fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Ram has completed a master's in Ayurveda and is currently board-certified in integrative medicine.
Dr. Matsuki is a board-certified psychiatrist trained in both medication management and psychotherapy to treat a wide variety of psychiatric disorders. Prior to pursuing a career in psychiatry and psychotherapy in the U.S., Dr. Matsuki also had formal training and extensive clinical experience in primary care medicine in Japan. With expertise both in psychiatry and primary care medicine, He combines traditional psychiatric treatment and integrative medicine-based treatment to optimize the well-being of the mind and body as a whole.
Dr. Matsuki has private practice offices in New York and New Jersey, and provides telepsychiatry services throughout Georgia, Texas, and Washington.
Dr. Matsuki is also on staff at Mount Sinai Morningside and West Hospitals, where he is an Attending Psychiatrist in the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program, and is an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
Dr. Ray Kotwicki, MD, MPH, DFAPA is the President and Chief Medical Officer of Intensive Outpatient Services at Hightop Health. Until June, 2023 he served as Chief Strategy Officer and before that, the Charles B. West Chief Medical Officer at Skyland Trail, an Atlanta, Georgia-based nationally acclaimed private, nonprofit residential and day treatment organization for adults and adolescents with mental illnesses. Kotwicki also held leadership positions as the Medical Director of Community Outreach Services at Grady Health System as well as Director of Medical Student Education for the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Emory University School of Medicine
Kotwicki trained as a Department of Energy Fellow and was a Medical Scholar at the University of Wisconsin Medical School. He completed post-graduate training at Harvard Medical School, the Boston University School of Medicine, and Emory University, where he earned a Master in Public Health degree in Health Policy and Management. He remains a full professor on the adjunctive faculty at both the Emory University School of Medicine as well as the Rollins School of Public Health. Kotwicki has presented more than 425 invited lectures, symposia, and seminars to thousands of attendees. He is recognized as a trusted national expert and renowned speaker on current issues in psychiatry, mental health, professionalism, and wellness.
Kotwicki is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a Past President of the Georgia Psychiatric Physicians’ Association. He currently serves as Vice President of the Executive Council of the Southern Psychiatric Association. Kotwicki was a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2011 and served as President of the Board of Directors of Positive Impact, the Southeast’s premiere HIV mental health program for three years. He also served as a member of the Board of Trustees of The Lovett School until 2022 and was elected to the American College of Psychiatrists in 2019. Throughout his career, Dr. Kotwicki has received numerous distinctions, including Georgia Psychiatric Physicians Association’s 2019-2020 Psychiatrist of the Year award, Emory University’s most prestigious Dean’s “Golden Apple” Teaching Award, Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, Mental Health America and Eli Lilly’s “Heroes in Fight” Clinical Team Award, and the National Alliance on Mental Illness’ Exemplary Psychiatrist Award. Kotwicki received the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University’s “Distinguished Achievement Alumnus Award” in 2017.
Dr. Rodrigo Falcao has almost 20 years of clinical experience in Psychiatry. He strongly believes that psychiatric treatment goes beyond medication prescription only, and emphasizes the importance of patient-doctor relationship in his approach. Dr. Falcao likes to collaborate with his patients and takes the necessary time to listen to them, provide support and educate about psychiatric illnesses. He thoroughly discusses treatment plan with his patients, including target symptoms, treatment options, diagnosis, analyzes risks and benefits of specific approaches, with the goal to achieve relief/improvement of symptoms and long term remission. He understands that everyone’s needs are different, and tries to tailor his approach to each individual need.
Dr Falcao completed a two year residency program in Psychiatry in Brazil, at the Institute of Psychiatry of University Federal Rio de Janeiro (IPUB) in 2005. Upon the end of his training he practiced Psychiatry for 2 years in the state of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in several different settings and performed diverse clinical roles. He then moved to the US where he had his second Psychiatry Residency training at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Miller School.
Dr. Falcao has worked for 6 years, in Community Mental Health settings providing services to Springfield/ Holyoke community, in Massachusetts. He provided care to an extensive Hispanic population in that area, (most of the individuals were originally from Puerto Rico). For the past 5 years, Dr Falcao has provided medication management outpatient care in different locations in Atlanta, Georgia area and TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) for patients with Treatment Resistant Depression.
Dr. Falcao has experience treating adults with a variety of psychiatric conditions, including Depressive and Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia.
