Dr. Bastani is a Licensed Family Medicine specialist in the state of Illinois. He graduated from Rush Medical School and received his residency training at the Northwestern University-St. Joseph Hospital Family Medicine Program where he also served as chief resident. In addition, he completed an externship in Family Therapy at the Family Institute of Chicago, a Northwestern University affiliate. In addition to 20 plus years as a faculty member of one of Chicago’s leading Family Medicine residency programs, he has worked as a private physician in an ethnically diverse neighborhood of the city. He has extensive experience in hospitalist medicine, and previously served as the Medical Director of an alternative health center focused on the care of AIDS patients. Dr. Aleksandr Podolskiy is a board-certified Family Practice Medical Doctor, who works with patients of all ages in the Libertyville and Lake County area, including those who are Russian or Polish speaking. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Xavier University. Since becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016, she has worked at Federally Qualified Healthcare Centers located in the heart of Chicago’s Southeast and Westside neighborhoods, where she primarily served underprivileged populations. Keisha brings a breadth of experience as a primary care provider and also as a Registered Nurse working more than 14 years caring for patients of all ages in the areas of Medical-Surgical nursing, Labor and Delivery, managed care, and nursing administration at several Chicagoland area hospitals. Richard Steslow, DO of South Naperville Family Practice, is a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO). DOs have a more holistic philosophy -- treating the person, not just the symptoms. Dr. Steslow is also on staff at Copley Memorial Hospital in Aurora, Illinois.
