I provide counseling services to adults and the elderly. Through the years, I have assisted many individuals with different backgrounds. I believe in personal growth through unconditional positive regard. I use a wide variety of treatment modalities and therapeutic interventions to help the individual overcome their issues effectively. Every life journey is different. Therefore, as a therapist, I start where you are in your journey.
Over 13 million Americans visit a therapist every year. Some seek treatment for mental illness, while others seek help with a troubled marriage or relationship, or advice on coping with a tragedy or a stressful situation. Most commonly, the people who inquire about therapy are everyday ordinary people, like you, suffering from everyday human problems.
Let me help you to overcome the barriers and facilitate the letting go of negative beliefs and feelings, as we work toward increasing your strengths. Many people enjoy therapy because they see it as their own personal journey to become a better human being. Therefore, allow me to accompany you through this healing path.
