I am a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a master’s degree in nursing, which I completed in May of 2020. My nursing experience was largely in the emergency department with some medical-surgical experience. My experience as a nurse practitioner includes family care across the lifespan in a rural clinic setting. I also have experience in health risk assessments and chronic care management, as well as routine follow-up visits and urgent care visits. I am comfortable and proficient in managing chronic disease, as well as mental health disorders such as depression and anxiety. I feel that many health conditions can be managed with a healthy lifestyle including dietary management and physical activity, and I feel strongly in educating my patients on how to properly manage their conditions in order to empower them. I am passionate about helping others live their most fulfilling, healthy lives.

Dr. Eva Stephens is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has an earned Doctorate of Nursing Practice Degree from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, and a Master’s Degree (MSN) Family Nurse Practitioner from Howard University, Washington, D.C. Dr. Stephens has practiced over 25 years focusing on Health Promotion and Preventative Medicine Across the Lifespan in variety of clinical settings; including Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Weight management & Women’s Health. The nucleus of her last 4 years providing care via telehealth platform. Prior to her Telemedicine Urgent Care Practice, she served as Associate Professor at University of Texas Medical Branch; Track Administrator for the Graduate Nurse Educator Program, Assistant Professor, Howard University and Faculty, Coppin State University. She is a published researcher and has presented at many Medical Conferences.

Amberlee Montarella is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who received her undergraduate education at the University of Central Arkansas and completed her graduate studies at Georgetown University. With over six years of practice in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, and Addiction Medicine, she is well-versed in providing comprehensive healthcare. Amberlee Montarella is known for her compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, committed to improving the well-being of individuals and families. She continually strives to stay updated with the latest healthcare advancements and is dedicated to promoting health within the community.

Jordan C. Williams, MD is a Family Physician from Longview, TX. He completed his medical training at Saint Matthew’s University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the rural branch of the University of Cincinnati. He believes the patient-provider relationship is essential for effective and compassionate care. Dr. Williams treats many chronic and acute diseases, performs minor office procedures and provides primary care counseling as well. He worked in Sarasota, Florida providing primary and urgent care and recently provided primary care for the United States Air Force in San Antonio, TX.

Andrea Bowden, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Tomball, Texas. She joined the practice in 2022

Andrea grew up in Round Rock, TX. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with her Bachelor of Science in Health. She then went on to receive her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 2017. Prior to completing her graduate studies, Andrea worked as a medical assistant in dermatology which motivated her to focus her sights on becoming a dermatology PA.

Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Andrea specialized in gastroenterology at UTMB in League City, TX. She has received personal training in dermatology from Dr. Alpesh Desai, DO, and Dr. Tejas Desai, DO. She practices in the areas of general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Andrea has a passion for providing a positive bed-side manner to formulate a diagnosis. Her goal is to actively collaborate with her patients to come up with an effective treatment plan that works for each individual patient.

Andrea is licensed by the Texas Medical Board and certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Texas Association of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Gulf Coast PA Association. In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, being active, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog Norah.

Elizabeth Finsness, or “Liza”, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Dallas, TX.

She graduated from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Kentucky. Liza began her dermatology career in south Florida where she practiced general and surgical dermatology for 2 years before moving to Texas. She has since earned the title of Diplomate Fellow as a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Being a native Floridian, Liza recognizes the importance of skin care and prevention of sun-related ailments. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. She is well versed in medical dermatology as well as surgical dermatology. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses, traveling, exercise, and spending time with family and friends

Eva Hinojosa, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Corpus Christi, Texas.

Eva was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the Rio Grande Valley with her family at age 10. She graduated cum laude from St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2017. Eva received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List. After college, she spent her first postgraduate year working in the Emergency department and volunteering at rural clinics in Mexico and Peru. Eva then attained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. She is bilingual and motivated to help the Corpus Christi community in their skin needs. Eva’s interest in helping the community and passion for overall skin care is what drove her to pursue a field in dermatology; her interest was further motivated during her clinical rotations. Prior to her arrival at Heights Dermatology, Eva specialized in Internal Medicine in Mcallen, Texas. Caleigh Rodriguez, MD, is an internist and pediatrician at her private practice in New Braunfels, Texas. After graduating from business school, I began my career as an orthopedic sales consultant for Smith & Nephew Inc. While working in the operating room daily in both trauma and total reconstructive cases, I developed a strong interest in surgery and decided to attend PA school. Upon graduation, I practiced in neurosurgery in Tampa, FL for 2 years and am now excited to be back in the orthopedic field working for Dr. Fox and the Fox Team.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Alex, and daughter, Avery, attending church, running, cycling, swimming and watching Indiana Hoosier sports.
