I completed my Family Nurse Practitioner degree in June of 2015. My clinical skills include various disease processes in the Family Medicine and Acute Care setting. I have also explored aesthetic medicine as well. I am looking forward to building a lasting relationship with you for years to come.
Husband and wife team, Dr. Ryan Williams and Sabrina Williams opened Florence Family Medicine in Florence, SC to offer patient-focused care. Dr. Williams is the sole provider whereas his wife, a Registered Nurse, now stays at home with their three beautiful children. Florence Family Medicine provides sports physicals, sick visits, preventive medicine, and routine health maintenance. The medical staff also assist you with the management of your chronic medical illnesses.
Additionally, Dr. Williams can perform minor surgical procedures, including — but not limited to — skin excisions, laceration repairs, and joint injections, as well as mole and cyst removal and abscess incision and drainage.
We make every attempt to work in sick visits with our scheduled well visits and medication management visits. We do ask that you call ahead to allow for less waiting time for you as our scheduled visits will have priority. If we are unable to work in patients for sick visits same day/next day, our office staff may ask that you go to urgent care or the emergency room.
The staff at Florence Family Medicine works closely with LabCorp and usually receives results within a day or two. They also work with Florence MRI and Imaging enabling them to see both the images and typed radiology reports on CT scans quicker than from the hospital.

Kendrea Robinson is married and a step mother who lives in Florence, SC. She was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Florence, SC. She graduated from West Florence High School and obtained her ADN at Florence Darlington Technical College. She then obtained both her bachelors and masters at South University. She is a certified life and health coach in which she gained that from the Health Coaching Institution. She has an extensive history of helping her community through a non profit she founded called One Moore Step.
Her goal is to continue to change the trajectory on how the people in her community see their own personal health. Helping them take control over their health by creating programs designed to help them achieve and conquer health goals.
Michael G. Gore, LSW, is a licensed social worker at Envision Wellness Medical Group in Columbia, South Carolina.
Mr. Gore earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work (BSW) at South Carolina State University. He continued his education at Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio, earning a Master of Science in Social Administration (MSW). Mr. Gore is a Licensed Independent Social Work-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP) and approved clinical supervisor by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners. Mr. Gore is a mental health consultant for Wateree Community Head Start in Sumter, Lee, and Kershaw Counties and assists families with IEP/504 plans at local schools. He enjoys providing community outreach through professional speaking engagements and workshops.
Outside of the office, Mr. Gore enjoys spending time with family, golfing, and watching local basketball talent.
Ayanna Swinton Jamison, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist at Envision Wellness Medical Group in Columbia, South Carolina. She has over 18 years of experience in general and child and adolescent psychiatry.
Dr. Jamison attended Jackson State University, where she received her undergraduate degree in Biology Pre-Med.
