David graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD, during which he was also a member of the USF men’s cross country and track and field teams. He then received his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) in Omaha, NE. During his physician assistant education, David gained experience in assessing and treating various neurologic conditions including traumatic brain injuries, stroke, polytrauma, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, migraine, and multiple sclerosis in inpatient and outpatient settings while rotating with the UNMC Neurological Sciences department and at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital in Omaha, NE. He has previous clinical experience working as a patient care technician in the neurology unit at Avera McKennan Hospital and University Health Center in Sioux Falls, SD.
Outside of practicing medicine, David enjoys running, cycling, music, following the Minnesota Twins, and spending time with friends and family.
Harleen Bath is a Physician Assistant, Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is currently licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and District of Columbia. Harleen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Virginia and with a Master's of Science from Georgetown University. She worked as Neurosciences Clinical Research Coordinator at Inova Fairfax Hospital where she was involved in numerous clinical trials investigating neurological conditions. She returned to school to graduate with a Master's of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University. She joins Integrated Neurology Services after working as a Neurosurgical Physician Assistant at George Washington University Hospital and Medical Faculty Associates.
Outside the practice, Harleen is a native of Northern Virginia and loves to travel and spend time with her husband, family, and friends.

MarieChantal Fletcher, DNP, FNP-BC, is an experienced family nurse practitioner offering compassionate primary care and effective pain management solutions at Nu Pathway Healthcare and Wellness in Bowie, Maryland.
Dr. Fletcher earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Emmanuel College in Boston, Massachusetts, and her master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from St. Joseph’s College of Maine in Standish. Dr. Fletcher then completed a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
In addition to her educational training, Dr. Fletcher has worked at various health facilities across Maryland and Massachusetts, including Boston Medical Center (a Level 1 trauma center) and Massachusetts General Hospital. While working at Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Fletcher received the 2012 Partners HealthCare/ Mass General Hospital award. Her career in medicine has given her vast experience in many areas of primary care and the opportunity to care for diverse patient populations.
