I belief in individualized, patient-centered medicine, based on diagnostics and customized therapeutics considering each patients' particular circumstances.

Alejandro Mora, MD, is a skilled and passionate Physician at Core Primary Care. Dr. Mora provides individualized care to all patients from two offices in Sugar Land and Houston, Texas.
He grew up in Sugar Land before attending Rice University in Houston for undergraduate studies in Kinesiology and attaining his MD at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB Health) in Galveston. He then moved to the University of Colorado in Denver, where he attended a residency in Internal Medicine with an emphasis in Primary Care.
Dr. Mora has felt firsthand the lack of personalization in health care and hates how confusing, frustrating, and demoralizing our health system can be. He believes that his patients can reduce or eliminate the need for costly prescription medications with proper education, guidance, and support.
He firmly believes that most of our modern diseases will disappear with proper nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress management.
Dr. Mora’s patients know that with the combination of adequately implemented lifestyle habits and strategically chosen aesthetic treatments, they will look and feel great regardless of age.
During his free time, he enjoys cooking with his wife, hanging out with friends, and tailgating for Rice University football games.
Jamecka Britton serves as the Head of Transwomen’s Health for Reimagine Our Community, Inc. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and holds degrees in nursing (MSN, APRN, and FNP-BC). Now, she may be found residing in Atlanta, Georgia. Since 2009, she has been working in the healthcare industry. She began her career in the field as a licensed practical nurse in Memphis, where she attended the Tennessee Technology Center. Southwest Tennessee Community College awarded her an associate degree in registered nursing in 2013, the same year she graduated with the degree. She attended Mississippi University for Women in Tupelo, Mississippi, and obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree there in 2017. She recently graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Nursing degree, specializing in family nurse practitioner. Her undergraduate degree was in nursing.
The eldest of her four sons is currently doing active service in the United States Navy, making her a proud mother indeed.
Jamecka has over 14 years of experience working in the nursing field in a variety of roles. She gained most of her knowledge and expertise while serving as a travel nurse during the height of the COVID pandemic. She is extremely enthusiastic about working within the LGBTQIA+ community and concentrating on transwomen's health to assist with the disparities that are produced by prejudice and other factors directed against women of color who identify as transwomen.
