Dr. Estes has been practicing pulmonary and critical care in Knoxville, TN since 1991 and has been with StatCare practicing pulmonary and critical care since 2000. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1980, and medical school from the University of South Florida in 1984. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham hospitals and pulmonary critical care fellowship at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, completing in 1989. Dr. Estes has a special interest in advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1987, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in 1989 and remains board certified in both fields. Dr. Estes is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, Tennessee Thoracic Society, American Thoracic Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Byrd comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine with a special interest in advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. She graduated from Harvard University in 1986. Dr. Byrd completed both Residency in 1995 and her Fellowship in 1998 at the University of Alabama. She received her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1995, Pulmonary Disease in 1998, Critical Care Medicine in 2010 and currently remains board certified in these fields. Dr. Byrd is the Medical Director for Outpatient Services for StatCare. She is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the Tennessee Medical Association.
Dr. Chaltry is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine since 2001. He graduated from Northern Michigan University in 1994. Medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he was a Chief Resident in 2001. Dr Chaltry was a traditional Internal Medicine physician in South Carolina, Mississippi, and Tennessee before joining Statcare Medical Group as a hospitalist in 2010. He is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American College of Physicians, Tennessee Medical Association, and the American Medical Association. He is also a co-owner of the Green Bay Packers.
Dr. Oberlin graduated from Kigezi International School of Medicine in 2003, and completed Residency from Michigan State University in 2007. He received his undergraduate degree in laboratory science from Grand Valley State University in 1994 and has been practicing medical technology for 5 years. Dr. Oberlin came to StatCare in 2011 after two years as a hospitalist at Tennova Turkey Creek. He practiced in general internal medicine in Michigan for two years before moving to Tennessee with his family to practice hospitalist medicine.
Dr. DeNeve joined StatCare in 2022 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2019 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University in 2022.
Dr. Reichert practices pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine with StatCare. He graduated from Southern Illinois University, Springfield, IL. Dr. Reichert completed both Residency and his Fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2005, Pulmonary Medicine in 2007, Critical Care in 2008, Sleep Medicine in 2011, and remains currently board certified in these fields. Dr. Reichert is a member of the American Thoracic Society, American College of Chest Physicians, and the ACP-ASIM.
Dr. Weaver comes to StatCare practicing in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He specializes in pulmonary arterial hypertension and pulmonary fibrosis. He graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2002. Dr. Weaver completed Residency in 2005 and his Fellowship in 2008 at the University of Kentucky. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2005, Pulmonary Disease in 2008 and Critical Care Medicine in 2009 and remains board certified in both fields. Dr. Weaver is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and Pulmonary Hypertension Association PHCR.
Dr. Antonucci comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in NYC in 1980. Dr. Antonucci completed an Internal Medicine Residency at the University of TX in Houston in1983. He then completed a Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of N. Carolina Chapel Hill in 1986. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology. Dr. Antonucci was a practicing Oncologist for 30 years prior to joining StatCare. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.

Dr. Littleton joined StatCare in 2020 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from Lincoln Memorial University in 2017 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee in 2020. Dr. Littleton is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Wong is a hospitalist internal medicine physician that is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine (ABOIM). He was raised in Texas where he obtained his bachelors of science in Microbiology at The University of Texas at Austin. He later went on to obtain his Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston- School of Public Health. He graduated from medical school with with the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and internal medicine residency from Bluefield Regional Medical Center where he served as chief resident for 2 years. Dr. Wong is a member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and American College of Osteopathic Internist (ACOI).

Dr. Orthoefer practices as an internal medicine hospitalist with Stat Care. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Memphis in 1997. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville in 2000. He received board certification in general internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2000, and he received certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine with a focused practice in hospital medicine in 2010. Dr. Nimbalkar comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. She graduated from Padmashree Dr. D Y Patil Medical College in 2008. Dr. Gaikwad completed Residency in 2015. She received her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2015 and currently remains certified. Dr. Samuel is a native of Bristol, TN and moved to Knoxville in 2020 when she joined StatCare. She graduated from Emory & Henry College in 2009, and medical school from Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA in 2014. She completed residency at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH in 2017, and pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA in 2020. Dr. Samuel has special pulmonary interests in interstitial lung disease as well as early detection and diagnosis of lung cancer. Dr. Samuel is board certified by ABIM in Internal Medicine (2017), Pulmonary Medicine (2019), and Critical Care Medicine (2020). In her free time, she loves traveling domestically and internationally, snow skiing, lounging by any time of water, and of course, Tennessee Volunteer football.
Dr. Stanfield joined StatCare in 2021 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 2003 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at the Unversity of Tennessee Chattanooga. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2013 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas in 2016.
