He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2001 and currently remains board certified. Dr. Estes has been practicing pulmonary and critical care in Knoxville, TN since 1991 and has been with StatCare practicing pulmonary and critical care since 2000. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1980, and medical school from the University of South Florida in 1984. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham hospitals and pulmonary critical care fellowship at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, completing in 1989. Dr. Estes has a special interest in advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1987, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in 1989 and remains board certified in both fields. Dr. Estes is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, Tennessee Thoracic Society, American Thoracic Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Robinson comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from St. George’s University in 1996. Dr. Robinson completed Residency in 1999 He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1999 and currently remains board certified. Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Medical Association.
Dr. Coffey comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from University of Miami in 1998. Dr. Coffey completed Residency in 2001. Dr. Harter joined StatCare in 2021 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. She graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2018 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at Marshall University in 2021. Dr. Harter is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the Society of Nuclear Medicine/Technologist Section. She enjoys biking, traveling to new places, cooking, reading, and hiking.

Dr. Byrd is the Medical Director for Outpatient Services for StatCare. She is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the Tennessee Medical Association.

Dr. Oberlin graduated from Kigezi International School of Medicine in 2003, and completed Residency from Michigan State University in 2007. He received his undergraduate degree in laboratory science from Grand Valley State University in 1994 and has been practicing medical technology for 5 years. Dr. Oberlin came to StatCare in 2011 after two years as a hospitalist at Tennova Turkey Creek. He practiced in general internal medicine in Michigan for two years before moving to Tennessee with his family to practice hospitalist medicine.
Dr. Arabiat joined StatCare in 2022 to practice pulmonary & critical care medicine. He graduated from the University of Jordan and completed Residency at UIC Advocate Christ Medical Center. He completed his Critical Care Fellowship at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, and his Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center at Bowling Green. Dr. Arabiat received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2018, Pulmonary Medicine in 2022, and Critical Care Medicine in 2020. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Dr. Munteanu graduated from Carol Davila University of Medicine in Bucharest, Romania in 1995. She has been happy to work as a StatCare Internal Medicine physician since 2001, right after she completed her Internal Medicine residency training with Meridia Health System in Cleveland, Ohio. She received her certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2001 and she obtained her recertification in 2011, and again in 2021. Dr. Munteanu is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, Tennessee Medical Association and Knoxville Academy of Medicine.
Dr. Pugh comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2010). He became a Doctor of Medicine in 2015 before completing both Residency and Fellowship at the University of Tennessee. He completed undergraduate, Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy programs at The Pennsylvania State University prior to obtaining a Doctor of Medicine degree at Jefferson Medical College. Subsequently, Dr. Swisher completed an Internal Medicine Residency in 1992 and Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship in 1995 at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. He maintains board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine.
