Dr. Cudzilo comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He graduated from University of Tennessee undergrad in 2003, and UT College of Medicine in 2007. Dr. Cudzilo completed both Residency in 2011 and his Fellowship in 2014 at the University of Cincinnati. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2011, Pulmonary, Critical Care Medicine in 2014 and currently remains board certified in these fields. Dr. Cudzilo is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Thoracic Society.

Dr. Jernigan comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from University of Tennessee in 1993. Dr. Jernigan completed Residency in 1996. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1996 and currently remains board certified. Dr. Jernigan is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine.

Dr. DeNeve joined StatCare in 2022 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2019 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at Wayne State University in 2022. 

Dr. Arabiat joined StatCare in 2022 to practice pulmonary & critical care medicine. He graduated from the University of Jordan and completed Residency at UIC Advocate Christ Medical Center. He completed his Critical Care Fellowship at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, and his Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at the University of Kentucky Medical Center at Bowling Green. Dr. Arabiat received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2018, Pulmonary Medicine in 2022, and Critical Care Medicine in 2020. He is fluent in English and Arabic.

Dr. Wyckstandt joined StatCare in 2018 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 2013 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Kansas in 2016. Before joining StatCare, he practiced in Kansas. Dr. Wyckstandt is a member of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Blackburn joined StatCare in 2022 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. She graduated from St. George's University School of Medicine in 2019 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee in 2022. Dr. Blackburn is a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine, the American College of Physicians, and Women in Medicine. She enjoys hiking, running, basketball, and spending time with family. 

Dr. Bashar Bargoty is a Pulmonologist in Knoxville, TN and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and Parkwest Medical Center. Dr. Bargoty received his medical degree from University of Baghdad College of Medicine and then completed both his Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine fellowship at the George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC. He began working with StatCare in 2015.

Dr. Bargoty is board certified in both Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, and is experienced in Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Interstitial lung disease, Pleural effusions, Lung nodules, Lung cancer, Pulmonary Hypertension, and all aspects of Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Bargoty is an experienced Interventional Pulmonologist and performs advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. He has several medical research publications and had received the American Thoracic Society Abstract Scholarship Award at The American Thoracic Society International Conference, 2014.

Dr. Bargoty enjoys teaching medical students and serves as an adjunct faculty member at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. Outside of his busy practice, Dr. Bargoty likes to enjoy outdoor activities around Knoxville and the Smokey Mountains with his wife and two children. He is fluent in English, Arabic and knows basic Hebrew.

Dr. Orthoefer practices as an internal medicine hospitalist with Stat Care.  He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Memphis in 1997.  He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville in 2000.  He received board certification in general internal medicine from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2000, and he received certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine with a focused practice in hospital medicine in 2010.  He continues to maintain certification in hospital medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Zibas comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. She graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1992. Dr. Zibas completed a residency in Internal Medicine at UAB in Birmingham, followed by a chief residency at Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham. She received her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1996 and currently remains board certified. Dr. Zibas is a member of the American Medical Association, Southern Medical Association, Tennessee Medical Association.

Dr. Chaltry is a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine since 2001.  He graduated from Northern Michigan University in 1994.  Medical school at Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1998.  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Tennessee-Knoxville where he was a Chief Resident in 2001.  Dr Chaltry was a traditional Internal Medicine physician in South Carolina, Mississippi, and Tennessee before joining Statcare Medical Group as a hospitalist in 2010.  He is a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American College of Physicians, Tennessee Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.  He is also a co-owner of the Green Bay Packers.

Dr. Wong is a hospitalist internal medicine physician that is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine (ABOIM). He was raised in Texas where he obtained his bachelors of science in Microbiology at The University of Texas at Austin. He later went on to obtain his Master of Public Health in Epidemiology at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston- School of Public Health. He graduated from medical school with with the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from  A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and internal medicine residency from Bluefield Regional Medical Center where he served as chief resident for 2 years. Dr. Wong is a member of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) and American College of Osteopathic Internist (ACOI).

Dr. Maroun  joined StatCare in 2022 to practice pulmonary & critical care medicine. He graduated from the University of Balamand and completed Residency at Saint George Hospital. He completed his Critical Care Fellowship at the St. Elizabeth's Medical Center affiliated with Boston University, and his Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Maroun is a member of the Society of Critical Care Medicine, the American Thoracic Society, and the American College of CHEST Physicians. He is fluent in English and Arabic, and he enjoys skiing, running, and swimming. 

Dr. Weaver comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from University of Tennessee in 2000. Dr. Weaver completed Residency in 2003 He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2003 and currently remains board certified. Dr. Weaver is a member of the American Medical Association.

Dr. Morrison comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Morrison completed Internal Medicine Residency at Mercy Hospital with the University of Pittsburgh, PA and his Fellowship in 2009 at the University of Vermont, Burlington, VT. He has a special interest in advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. In addition to advanced diagnostics, he has an additional special interest in advanced interventional pulmonary including airway stenting, tumor debulking, bronchial thermoplastic, pleural diagnostics and interventions. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2006, Pulmonary Disease in 2008 and Critical Care Medicine in 2009 and remains board certified in both fields. Dr. Morrison is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians.

Dr. Swisher comes to StatCare practicing in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine since 1995. He completed undergraduate, Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy programs at The Pennsylvania State University prior to obtaining a Doctor of Medicine degree at Jefferson Medical College. Subsequently, Dr. Swisher completed an Internal Medicine Residency in 1992 and Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship in 1995 at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, PA.  He maintains board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Swisher is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, Pulmonary Hypertension Association, Society of Critical Care Medicine and Christian Medical and Dental Association.   His special interest is pulmonary vascular diseases.

Dr. Nuyen comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from American University of the Caribbean in 2003. Dr. Nuyen completed Residency in 2006. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2006 and currently remains board certified.
