Dr. Byrd comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine with a special interest in advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. She graduated from Harvard University in 1986. Dr. Byrd completed both Residency in 1995 and her Fellowship in 1998 at the University of Alabama. She received her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1995, Pulmonary Disease in 1998, Critical Care Medicine in 2010 and currently remains board certified in these fields. Dr. Byrd is the Medical Director for Outpatient Services for StatCare. She is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and the Tennessee Medical Association.
Dr. Meyette comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from St. George’s University in 2003. Dr. Meyette completed Residency in 2006 at Munson Medical Center/Michigan State University, Traverse City, MI. Dr. Raj joined StatCare in 2022 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. She graduated from East Tennessee State University in 2007 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at ETSU James H. Quillen College of Medicine in 2013. Before joining StatCare, she practiced in Columbia, TN. Dr. Raj is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the American College of Physicians. She enjoys traveling, baking, gardening, crafting, and reading. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Hindi.

Dr. Pugh comes to StatCare to practice in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2010). He became a Doctor of Medicine in 2015 before completing both Residency and Fellowship at the University of Tennessee. He is a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, and the SVMIC Forum.
Dr. Littleton joined StatCare in 2020 to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from Lincoln Memorial University in 2017 and completed Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Tennessee in 2020. Dr. Littleton is a member of the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Flowers comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. He graduated from Mercer University in 1996. Dr. Flowers trained for 2 years in Pathology then completed a residency in Internal Medicine in 2001. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2001 and currently remains board certified.
Dr. Weaver comes to StatCare practicing in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He specializes in pulmonary arterial hypertension and pulmonary fibrosis. He graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2002. Dr. Weaver completed Residency in 2005 and his Fellowship in 2008 at the University of Kentucky. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2005, Pulmonary Disease in 2008 and Critical Care Medicine in 2009 and remains board certified in both fields. Dr. Weaver is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians and Pulmonary Hypertension Association PHCR.
Dr. Worley considers the practice of medicine a calling and a privilege. He is a native of East Tennessee and completed his undergraduate education at Carson-Newman University in 1993 followed by medical school at East Tennessee State University, Quillen College of Medicine. He then completed an Internal Medicine Residency training program at the Mayo Clinic Rochester, Minnesota. He returned to East Tennessee in 2003 and joined the StatCare team. Dr. Worley holds his board certification in Internal Medicine with a Focused Practice in Hospital Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He serves on numerous hospital committees including chairing the Medicine Quality committee at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center and is a member of the advisory board of the East Tennessee chapter of the Society of Hospital Medicine. He enjoys the collaborative spirit of practicing in the hospital. When not at the hospital, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, neighbors, friends and church family.
Dr. Estes has been practicing pulmonary and critical care in Knoxville, TN since 1991 and has been with StatCare practicing pulmonary and critical care since 2000. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1980, and medical school from the University of South Florida in 1984. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham hospitals and pulmonary critical care fellowship at the University of Tennessee, Memphis, completing in 1989. Dr. Estes has a special interest in advanced pulmonary diagnostics utilizing bronchoscopic computer navigation and endobronchial ultrasound techniques for diagnosing lung lesions. He received his board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1987, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine in 1989 and remains board certified in both fields. Dr. Estes is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, Tennessee Thoracic Society, American Thoracic Society, and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
Dr. Oberlin graduated from Kigezi International School of Medicine in 2003, and completed Residency from Michigan State University in 2007. He received his undergraduate degree in laboratory science from Grand Valley State University in 1994 and has been practicing medical technology for 5 years. Dr. Oberlin came to StatCare in 2011 after two years as a hospitalist at Tennova Turkey Creek. He practiced in general internal medicine in Michigan for two years before moving to Tennessee with his family to practice hospitalist medicine.
Dr. Zibas comes to StatCare to practice in the field of hospitalist internal medicine. She graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1992. Dr. Zibas completed a residency in Internal Medicine at UAB in Birmingham, followed by a chief residency at Baptist Health Systems in Birmingham. She received her board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1996 and currently remains board certified. Dr. Zibas is a member of the American Medical Association, Southern Medical Association, Tennessee Medical Association.
