I have always sought ways to be of service to others, even as a child I explored service vocations through faith and spirituality. As both a patient and student of psychotherapy I have been able to experience first-hand the benefits of therapy, and during my undergraduate education I came to the realization that what I wanted to be was a therapist.
I began my exploring a career in mental health by volunteering with ARC of New York working with developmentally disabled adults. On completion of my undergraduate degree I was offered a managing position at America-On-Line in Florida.
