Dr. Raina was born in Srinagar, India. Her family immigrated to the United States in 1995 and settled in the suburbs of Washington, DC. Both of Dr. Raina’s parents were doctors. Growing up, she volunteered at several Virginia and DC-area hospitals before beginning her formal medical training.
Dr. Raina began her professional pursuits at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She subsequently enrolled at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and obtained her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Wachtler is currently on staff at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, as well as Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey. He stays up-to-date on new techniques and procedures and has contributed to the field through multiple lectures, research projects, and publications. Niara Wright, DPM, is an attentive and well-informed board-certified podiatrist in New York City. She is the founder and CEO of Wright Podiatry, located in the Woodstock area of the Bronx.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Howard University in Washington, DC. Dr. Wright then earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City. She completed her surgical residency at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, New York, where she trained in diabetic limb salvage, wound care, pediatric foot care, and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery.
Dr. Wright is a leading podiatrist in the Bronx and Upper Manhattan, and she is involved in the betterment of the community by organizing medical mission trips, managing mentorship programs, and initiating fundraising events. She is an active member of the American College of Podiatric Medicine and was recently inducted into Who's Who in America.
