I obtained an appointment sooner than at other providers. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I had to cancel my appointment but I was called very soon when there was an opening, that receptionist was also very friendly and efficient. No hassle at all. Dr Klaiman was wonderful and very gentle. The office is beautiful and has plenty of parking. I am grateful to everyone. It is not always pleasant at other doctor’s offices or clinics. This was my very first time meeting with Dr. KLAIMAN and it was a beautiful experience. He was friendly, kind, gentle and listened to me very carefully. Dr. KLAIMAN made sure that I was comfortable and was doing well throughout my whole entire test. After I checked in at the front desk, I didn’t even get a chance to sit down in the waiting room the nurse was ready for me and I was early for my appointment. I would recommend him to anyone.
