I obtained an appointment sooner than at other providers. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I had to cancel my appointment but I was called very soon when there was an opening, that receptionist was also very friendly and efficient. No hassle at all. Dr Klaiman was wonderful and very gentle. The office is beautiful and has plenty of parking. I am grateful to everyone. It is not always pleasant at other doctor’s offices or clinics. Dr Suros has been treating me for several years. Back pain and hip pain. The first time, what a relief to find somebody believing me about the unbearable relentless pain I was enduring ! I’m an older woman and some doctors and surgeons were patronizing: implying I had to be exaggerating. Including one famous orthopedic surgeon.
This was right after Covid, Dr Suros listened gently and respectfully, and treated me successfully! Lastly a nerve pain treated after back surgery, a success! Read less
