About Rein Center
Rein Center is an integrative psychology and psychiatry practice based in Iowa City, Iowa. We provide thoughtful, depth-oriented mental health care grounded in an understanding of trauma, nervous system functioning, and the complexity of human experience.
Our work is rooted in the belief that emotional suffering is not a personal failure or isolated pathology, but often reflects adaptive responses to life experiences, chronic stress, and relational patterns. We support clients in understanding these patterns and developing greater regulation, flexibility, and self-connection over time.
