About Nickolas Reimer, MD

Dr. Nickolas B. Reimer, M.D. is a leader in complex orthopedic reconstruction and orthopedic oncology. He is one of five fellowship trained orthopedic oncologists in the state of Georgia, and provides best-in-class diagnosis and treatment for the most challenging cases in orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. Reimer joined Total Joint Specialists after ten years with Emory University’s Winship Cancer Institute, where he remains on staff as a member of the musculoskeletal oncology fellowship. His clinical practice focuses on the treatment of bone and soft tissue sarcomas, metastatic disease of the musculoskeletal system as well as benign bone and soft tissue tumors in children and adults. Since his practice often requires advanced, unconventional solutions to difficult problems, he also performs joint replacements surgery, complex reconstruction, and deformity correction surgery in non-oncologic patients.

Dr. Reimer is affiliated with Northside Hospital Orthopedic Institute, Northside Hospital Cancer Institute, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
