Dr. McNeill PhD, is a dedicated nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in family medicine and psychiatry, with expertise in managing conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders. In addition to her clinical role, she serves as an associate professor in the Department of Health, Human Services, and Science at the University of Arizona Global Campus.
Dr. McNeill holds a Ph.D. in Human Services with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Capella University. She earned her MSN from the University of South Alabama with a focus on family practice, an MBA and a BsIT from AIU, and a BSN from Emory University. This diverse educational background equips her with a comprehensive skill set to navigate the complexities of healthcare.

Kelly Tobin is a Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who underwent extensive training working with patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan and across multiple practice settings. Her education includes a Master of Science in Nursing, from the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, Connecticut and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, RI. She also has more than a decade of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a Level 1 Trauma Center in Hartford, Connecticut. Kelly has worked with an extremely diverse adult population as a staff nurse. She values the practice of medicine and nursing, however, she also strongly believes in holistic, complimentary, and alternative therapies as treatment options for patients and is passionate about the palliative effects of marijuana when used for medicinal purposes.
