Dr. Sachse joined the U.S. Army through the Health Professions Scholarship program during his senior year of college. After completing his Doctor of Medicine and his surgical residency at MCP Hahnemann University, he became active duty, serving his country by performing surgeries for service people, military contractors, and others at Fort Belvoir in Fairfax County, Virginia, and during two deployments to Iraq.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Saches enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.

Ali Hendi, MD, is a widely recognized skin cancer specialist who has been caring for patients in the Washington, DC area for over a decade. A double board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs and reconstructive surgeon, Dr. Hendi opened a state-of-the-art surgical facility, dedicated to the treatment of skin cancers, in Chevy Chase, Maryland in 2008. Since then, he has performed over 14,000 Mohs surgeries and reconstructions. He is active in the medical community as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Georgetown University Medical Center.
