Joanna Trigg DO is a Board Certified Dermatologist who treats both adult and pediatric patients. She is a native New Yorker who grew up in Brooklyn and attended Bishop Kearney High School. After graduating summa cum laude and earning a bachelor’s degree in biology with minors in chemistry and psychology from Wagner College, Dr. Trigg received her medical degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY. Theresa Durchhalter, DO, is a board-certified dermatologist serving patients at Allure Dermatology in Hicksville, New York. Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.
Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.
Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. Christos Dimitris Zouzias, MD, MBA, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon at MDCS Dermatology. Dr. Zouzias specializes in procedural dermatology, skin cancer management, and Mohs micrographic surgery, offering personalized and patient-centered care to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. Dr. Zouzias earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees at New York University (NYU) in New York City. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Prior to medical school, he completed a student research fellowship in supportive oncodermatology, studying the dermatologic side effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy under the mentorship of Dr. Beth McLellan, the current chief of dermatology at Montefiore Medical Center.
Following his medical degree, Dr. Zouzias completed his internship in internal medicine at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center and his dermatology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, where he was recognized as the Outstanding House Officer for his compassion, clinical excellence, and professional rapport. Tobechi Ebede, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon, founded Plaza Park Dermatology, located in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.

Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. Vignesh Ramachandran, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who treats adults and children in full-spectrum general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. When he was a child, he and his family immigrated to a small town of 16,000 in Ontario, Canada before his educational journey brought him to the United States. Dr. Ramachandran still maintains those small town values, merging relentless hard work with compassion, honesty and humility to care for his patients and community.
Dr. Ramachandran graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Hazan is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and American College of Mohs Surgery. He is passionate about the management and treatment of skin cancers, as well as cosmetic treatments and general dermatologic conditions. He strives to provide personalized quality care to all of his patients.
Dr. Regina Zambrano DiFiore is a board-certified dermatologist at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®), where she sees patients at the Massapequa, Long Island office. Born and raised on the south shore of Long Island, Dr. Zambrano is honored to return to her community and provide expert dermatologic care to patients of all ages. She is trained in medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology, and has advanced experience treating all skin types with a compassionate, personalized approach.
Dr. Zambrano graduated with honors from Stony Brook University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a specialization in Developmental Genetics. She went on to complete both her Medical degree and Master of Public Health degree simultaneously at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Following medical school, she completed her Internship and Dermatology Residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where she served as a Chief Resident in her final year.
In her practice, Dr. Zambrano provides comprehensive care for conditions of the skin, hair, and nails, ranging from common dermatologic concerns to more complex disorders. She is extensively trained in cosmetic dermatology, including the use of neurotoxins, fillers, and lasers. With a strong belief in enhancing her patients’ natural beauty, she takes a thoughtful, minimalistic approach to aesthetics—tailoring treatment plans and skincare regimens to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Her philosophy centers on helping patients look and feel like the very best version of themselves.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Zambrano enjoys spending time with her husband, their two young children, and their beloved Goldendoodle. She feels privileged to be serving the community where she grew up, and looks forward to providing high-quality dermatologic care to the families of Long Island for years to come.
