He then completed his residency at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital in Queens, New York in affiliation with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Sarah Yagerman is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon. She grew up in Southern California and graduated as a Presidential and Renaissance scholar from the University of Southern California. She subsequently moved to New York to earn her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Shah completed her internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and her dermatology residency at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. Served as an intern at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts
Began and continues her dermatology residency at MDCS
She has completed two postdoctoral fellowships. Dr. Ma was a Dermatopharmacology Fellow at the Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in Bronx, New York. She was also a Melanoma Translational Research Fellow at the Department of Dermatology at New York University.

Shirley Xu, DNP, FNP-BC is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo and her Master’s degree and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Columbia University.
Shirley Xu sees patients for dermatology concerns including but not limited to eczema, acne, rosacea, hair loss, and psoriasis as well as aesthetic and procedural treatments. She is dedicated to treating patients with an individualized approach. She understands how dermatological conditions can impact the quality of one’s life and is committed to helping her patients feel empowered and confident in their own skin. She is passionate about skincare and utilizes her research background to stay up to date about skincare ingredients, treatments, and procedures.
Born and raised in New York City. Shirley is fluent in two dialects of Chinese. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her bunny Momo, biking and traveling internationally.
Dr. Aurash Bina is a board-certified dermatologist with a robust background in medical dermatology and skin cancer screening and prevention. His dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care is reflected in his thorough approach and unwavering commitment to ensuring each patient feels valued, understood, and reassured.
A native Texan, Dr. Bina earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in Austin. He then went on to receive his medical degree from Touro University in California, subsequently completing his medical internship and dermatology residency at St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Queens, NY. His tenacity and commitment to his field led to his appointment as Chief Dermatology Resident, a role that allowed him to hone his leadership skills and deepen his understanding of diverse skin conditions.
Dr. Bina brings an additional layer of expertise to his practice in the form of cosmetic dermatology. He takes pride in offering the latest in injectables and laser treatments, enhancing not only the health but also the confidence of his patients.
Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology, Dr. Bina is a proactive learner, always striving to refine his knowledge and techniques. His dedication to the profession extends beyond his practice, as he contributes to the broader understanding of dermatology through presentations and collaborative research efforts.
In his practice, Dr. Bina prioritizes personalized care, developing comprehensive treatment plans that address both immediate concerns and long-term skin health. Vignesh Ramachandran, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who treats adults and children in full-spectrum general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. When he was a child, he and his family immigrated to a small town of 16,000 in Ontario, Canada before his educational journey brought him to the United States. Dr. Ramachandran still maintains those small town values, merging relentless hard work with compassion, honesty and humility to care for his patients and community.
Dr. Ramachandran graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. He then graduated #1 in his medical school class at the top-ranked Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he was inducted into the prestigious Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies. He went on to complete his internship in Internal Medicine at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, where he was awarded Outstanding Intern of the Year. Dr. Ramachandran then completed his dermatology residency at the world-renowned Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University. By the end of his three years of residency, he was nationally recognized as a 3-time 'Rising Derm Star’, was an investigator in several clinical trials, published 100 peer-reviewed research papers, and served on national dermatology committees. He culminated his residency training with the Irwin M. Freedberg, M.D. Award for the resident who has done the most to advance Dermatology in the ‘House of Medicine’.
Dr. Ramachandran sees patients at the SINY® Dermatology offices in Bayridge and Forest Hills. He also serves as a Clinical Instructor in the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University, where he conducts hospital consultations at NYU Langone Hospital Brooklyn and teaches residents.
