Dr. Eric Bayer, PT, DPT received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy with honors from Thomas Jefferson University in 2008. His Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science was earned at the University of Delaware in 2005. After graduating Physical Therapy school, he moved back home to Long Island, where started his career working in outpatient private practice. Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.

He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.

Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.

T. Cristina Sardinha, MD, FACS, FASCRS, is a board-certified surgeon on the team at Progressive Surgical Care, an exceptional surgery practice with locations in Manhasset Hills in New Hyde Park and the Lindenwood area in Howard Beach, New York. She specializes in general surgery and colorectal surgery.

Dr. Sardinha was born, raised, educated, and trained in Brazil. She earned her medical degree from Bahian School of Medicine and Public Health and completed residencies in general and trauma surgery at the University of Sao Paulo, including working under the leadership of internationally renowned colorectal surgeon Dr. Angelita Habr-Gama.

Dr. Stephanie Idjadi, PT, DPT received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the New York Institute of Technology. She has done research in Parkinson's and was published in the International Journal of Health Sciences. Stephanie began her career at Reddy Care Physical Therapy 12 years ago as a physical therapy aide while also working on marketing, recruiting, human resources, and many other administrative activities. After graduating in 2015 Stephanie started her career with us as a physical therapist. As the clinical director of our Great Neck clinic, she supports a team of therapists. In her role, she ensures that clinical care is delivered to the highest standards so that patients can achieve their goals.

Michele Reed, DO, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician, public speaker, and best-selling author. NP Stona goes above and beyond in the care of her patients. She was recently doing an Immigration Physical exam on a new patient to the facility. While obtaining the patient's medical history, she found out that the patient had several life-threatening Allergens, some of which had a potential for adverse reactions with some of the medications that she was already taking. She advised the patient to avoid such allergens and prescribed an Epi pen to be used in the event of a life -threatening Allergic reaction. The patient was impressed with the experience that the visit was only for Immigration purposes yet she learnt a lot about her allergens and realized how it impacted her medications and lifestyle in general. The patient queried if NP Stona was in network with her insurance because she would follow up with herfor primary care.

Mary Alaina Burbage graduated with a Master of Science Nurse Practitioner degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Nursing from Georgetown University. She has been working in primary care as a family NP since 2016. Before that, she was an RN at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Her patient care philosophy is founded on the Jesuit ideal of cura personalis, caring for the whole person. She is passionate about primary care and the importance of preventative medicine to help keep you healthy. She originally went into nursing with dreams of working in Africa and has done several medical and community volunteer trips including to Tanzania, Zambia, South Africa, Peru, and Guatemala. In her free time, she enjoys taking walks with her family and adorable rescue dog Sasha, traveling, and yoga.

Jessica Carpenter, MD, is a skilled family medicine physician at Pronto Med Care in Toms River, New Jersey. She proudly welcomes new and returning patients. 

Dr. Carpenter was born in Houston, Texas, before moving to her hometown of North Bergen, New Jersey. Her desire to pursue medicine stemmed from her years at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, where she organized and served on several medical missions to Ecuador and Nicaragua. During this service, she volunteered and interpreted Spanish for doctors from the United States. 

Dr. Carpenter developed a genuine interest in family medicine during an elective at the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University. She learned that family medicine allows her to build long-term relationships with patients. The versatility and diversity of family practice initially drew her interest, but her wonderful encounters with family physicians solidified her desire to pursue a career in this specialty.

As a family practitioner, Dr. Carpenter sees adults and children. She also loves incorporating women’s health into her practice. Dr. Carpenter is very excited to be a part of Pronto Med Care. She is an animal lover, and her interests include reading, running, traveling, and exploring nature.
