Medical director, Russell Huq, MD, is a board-certified family medicine specialist with a background in urgent care and emergency medicine who oversees the team of providers at Rapid City Healthcare. At Rapid City Healthcare in Irving, Texas, Dr. Huq provides care to patients in need of COVID-19 testing, physicals, labs and X-rays, and other medical services.

Dr. Huq received his medical degree from the prestigious Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. His education then brought him to Texas, where he finished a family medicine residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center, part of the Methodist Health System, in 2009. He later completed an additional residency in emergency medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.

At Rapid City Healthcare, Dr. Huq sees patients of all ages, including children, and provides comprehensive pediatric care. Before pursuing her Nurse Practitioner career, she traveled the country for several years with her husband in a fifth wheel. When she's not working, Micah is usually chasing around her two young daughters. She enjoys exercising, being outdoors, and traveling with her family.

Dr. Rory Allen practices Family and Occupational medicine and serves as medical director at MyFitMed. He believes in healthy and happy living and focuses mostly on preventative medicine. He provides superior bare and exceptional services to all his patients.

Dr. Allen graduated from UNT Health Science Center in Ft. Worth Texas with DO. Prior to become DO, he completed BBA. During his college years he participated in a church mission to Japan. He loves to travel and enjoys the beauty of the outdoors as well as many outdoor activities with his family such as scuba diving and snow skiing. He focuses on fitness and overall enjoys living a happy healthy lifestyle.

Outside of work Dr. Allen spends most of his time with his wife Ashley, and 8 children. Four of which are currently attending college. He has 4 grandchildren and 3 more of the way.

Dr. Jaxel Lopez-Sepulveda is a board-certified family medicine physician serving men, women, and children at Clinica tu Salud in Irving, Texas. Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda is dedicated to providing his patients with compassionate, affordable, and individualized care. He founded Clinica tu Salud in 2017.

Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda was born in Puerto Rico and grew up interested in medicine and helping others. He looked up to his father, Dr. Angel Luis López Ruiz, a well-established surgeon in Puerto Rico.

At a young age, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda realized his vocation to become a physician. His childhood brimmed with trips to the hospital where he would accompany and observe his father at work.

Since his early years, Dr. Lopez-Sepulveda has found the field of medicine riveting and believes the experiences with his father taught him the framework and principles of methodical, empathetic, and efficient care. His primary goal is to enhance patient wellness overall.

She received her Bachelors of Science in nursing from Georgia Southern University and attended Baylor University for her Masters in Nursing with a focus as a family nurse practitioner. Kendra is excited to return to Lakewood to care for the patients of East Dallas. She has been a nurse practitioner at Lakewood Medical Center for nine years, and is now in the same location with Lakewood Family Health. Kendra is passionate about empowering patients to live healthy lives. She enjoys teaching her clients the way common ailments affect their life, then provides realistic ways to avoid or control those disease processes.

After graduating in 1998 from the University of Medical Sciences of Havana, Cuba, I practiced primary and emergency medical care for 8 years. Then I specialized in Otolaryngology and gained the experience from both Cuba and Paraguay for 7 years. Upon arriving in the United States later that year, I began studying nursing with the purpose of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Then I served as the Allergy Nurse Manager at ENT clinic for nearly two years. I treat patients of all ages, focuses on family medicine, cares for chronic and acute diseases, minor emergencies, allergies and the assesses certain otolaryngology pathologies.My passion is to see my patients smile once they are recovered.

Dr. Harman P. Kaur has trained at some of the best training programs in the country. Before coming to the US, she finished medical school at Lady Hardinge Medical College in New Delhi, India where she graduated in the Top 10% of her class. She completed her internship at the Internal Medicine Residency Program in Spokane, Washington (an affiliate of the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA) and then her Residency at SUNY-Buffalo Internal Medicine Residency Program in Buffalo, NY. Her Fellowship Training in Oncology was at the nationally - acclaimed Wilmot Cancer Institute in Rochester, NY. This experienced was followed with a Faculty Position at Roswell Park Cancer Center in Buffalo, NY before moving to the Dallas area with her family. She has also co-authored various book chapters in medical textbooks which are used in teaching programs across the country.

Dr. Kaur is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. In her free time, Dr. Kaur enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and volunteering time at the local Sikh Temple where she focuses on her faith, Sikhism.

Dr. Ebere Israel Azubuike, MD ("Dr. Izzy"), is a family doctor serving patients of all ages at Mercy Family Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He has about 15 years of experience, and he specializes in primary care and family medicine. 

Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.

After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area. During this period he realized that most of his hospital patients do not have a primary care doctor. For this reason, he opened his private practice, Mercy Family Clinic, (M.F.C.) in 2010. His main purpose was to start early preventive care with holistic approach to treatment, hence decreasing the need for these patients to go back to the hospital.
