Andrea has a passion for providing a positive bed-side manner to formulate a diagnosis. Eva was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and moved to the Rio Grande Valley with her family at age 10. She graduated cum laude from St. Edwards University in Austin with a Bachelor’s in Biology in 2017. Eva received several academic scholarships throughout her academic career and maintained a position on the Dean’s List. After college, she spent her first postgraduate year working in the Emergency department and volunteering at rural clinics in Mexico and Peru. She competed on UGA’s NCAA Equestrian team where she was named All-American four years, obtaining a National Championship and two SEC Championship titles. Brianna Kay, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in New Braunfels and Gonzales and San Antonio.
She earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2012. After graduation, Brianna sub-specialized in medical and surgical dermatology and completed a 10-month internship with a board-certified dermatologist in New Braunfels, TX.
She earned the title of Diplomate Fellow under the Society of Dermatology PAs (SDPA). The SDPA Fellowship Program represents the standard in dermatology physician assistant education, allowing graduates to demonstrate that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional patient care in dermatology.
Brianna has been practicing dermatology for over nine years. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine, focusing on helping her patients to understand their health and skin care needs. She advocates for skin cancer prevention and takes the time to address her patient's questions and concerns.
Due to personal experiences, Brianna takes a special interest in auto-immune conditions, such as psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa.
