Brian Park, DDS, is a board-eligible pediatric dentist serving patients at Pediatric Dental Group of New York, with two locations in Albany and Glens Falls, New York.
Dr. Park is a native of Vancouver, British Columbia. He completed his undergraduate studies at McGill University in Montreal and his graduate studies at New York University College of Dentistry. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery, he completed his general practice residency and pediatric fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. Then, he completed an additional two-year specialty training at NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Park understands that each patient is unique and takes pride in being able to adapt his approach to the different needs of his patients. His ultimate goal with every patient is to create positive experiences in the dental chair, which are integral to a lifelong healthy smile.

Dr. Kristin Bae completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, graduating with a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry. She entered the dental program at the University of Maryland’s College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland, and she graduated with a doctor of dental surgery degree in 2000. The dental program at the University of Maryland is the oldest dental college in the world and the only dental school in Maryland, graduating top notch doctors for many decades. After graduation, Dr. Bae joined Dulles Dental Group and has remained with the organization for the last 16 years. Dr. Bae’s goal is to help each person in her care establish and maintain his or her dental health. She enjoys being able to provide care for the entire family. With a focus on general dentistry, she also enjoys doing cosmetic dentistry work. Her specialties include cosmetic dentistry, general dentistry, teeth cleanings, bridges, Invisalign®, crowns, and veneers.
Dr. Bae is fluent in both Korean and English, communicating with a diverse group of patients and making it communication one of her song suits. Dr. Georges Traboulsi, DDS, is a periodontist with the Dulles Dental Group. His interest in oral health seems to be genetic, as he is the third generation in his family to practice dentistry and, in fact, spent time in his father’s office in his youth. From observing his father, he saw first-hand the impact of good dental care on patients. After graduating from Saint Joseph University in Orange County, California as a doctor of dental surgery, he stayed on to complete an oral surgery fellowship. He then entered the Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where he completed a three-year postdoctoral periodontology residency. And, finally, he obtained a master’s degree in oral biology at Boston University, during which time he conducted research on salivary proteins.
Dr. Traboulsi is an active member of the American Association of Periodontology, the American Board of Periodontology, the Academy of Osseointegration, the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association and the Northern Virginia Dental Society. Dr. Traboulsi’s primary focus is on the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of gum disease, although he also performs cosmetic and implant dentistry. He is experienced in a number of periodontic surgical procedures, including soft and hard tissue augmentation, the removal of impacted wisdom teeth and bone grafting in the jaw. As part of his commitment to the dental health of the community at large, he volunteers at the Northern Virginia Dental Clinic. Dr. Traboulsi has two main goals in his dental practice. The first is to restore normal dental function, allowing patients to eat and talk without pain and the second is to restore and enhance his patients’ natural beauty by improving their smiles. He completed two years of residency in pediatric dentistry, receiving certificates from Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, Scottish Rite Hospital for Children in Dallas, and Baylor College of Dentistry.
With deep roots in Texas, Dr. Steve is passionate about serving his community. Notable titles of service include southwest district member of the Scientific Planning Committee of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, rotarian, and Major in the United States Air Force Reserve. Along with his wife, Dr. Angie, Dr. Steve was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Lake Travis Education Foundation. Dr. Steve has also happily served for years as a Board member of the Highland Lakes Health Partnership.
His awards include 2008 Lake LBJ Citizen of the Year, and in 2009, the Outstanding Citizen Award from the Marble Falls/Highland Lakes Chamber of Commerce where he serves on the board of directors of the Highland Lakes Health Partnership, serving and overseeing the formation of a charity dental in the Highland Lakes area. In 2011, he was honored as Officer of the Quarter for Lackland AFB 433AW. In addition, he has been a part of many community organizations and missions, treating hundreds of patients at no cost to them while recruiting multiple Texas dentists.
To maintain his cutting edge knowledge in the industry, Dr. Steve maintains his affiliations with many organizations that include the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and the Texas Association of Pediatric Dentistry. Also, a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Steve served as President of the Southwestern Society of Pediatric Dentistry in 2014, after holding nearly every office prior to his appointment. Dr. Steve is proud supporter of the Center for Child Protection, and performed in their "Dancing with the Stars Austin" 2018 fundraiser.
Dr. Steve began attending the AAPD Leadership institute at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago in 2019. This Institute is a place where Pediatric Dentists hone their philosophical and operational approaches, to maximize their leadership potential and performance. He anticipates completion in 2021.

Joy Angie Hernandez, DDS, referred to by her patients as Dr. Angie, is a compassionate pediatric dentist and orthodontist. She serves children of all ages and abilities from in and around Austin, Texas, at Central Texas Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Angie specializes in pediatric dentistry, including dental exams, white composite fillings, sedation dentistry, and Invisalign®. She uses state-of-the-art dental equipment, including digital X-rays and laser dentistry techniques.
Dr. Angie grew up in Arkansas and received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. Dr. Angie served a two-year pediatric dentistry residency at the Children’s Medical Center, the Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, and the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. She went on to complete rigorous fellowship training in orthodontics.
Dr. Angie is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and local dental societies. She’s also an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Texas Association of Pediatric Dentistry.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Angie spends time with her husband, Dr. Steve, and their five children. She’s extremely active in the communities of Marble Falls, Bee Caves, and Lake Travis, Texas. She volunteers her time and skills to serve underprivileged children through Christina’s Smile and Theo Van. Dr. Angie is also a former rotarian and a past director of the Lake Travis Education Foundation. Julianna Bair, DMD, is a board-certified pediatric dentist and endodontist at NYCEndodontics in the Lenox Hill area of Manhattan. She is dedicating to providing individualized and quality care to patients in New York City.
Dr. Bair grew up in Livingston, New Jersey, and attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in molecular biology/biochemistry and Spanish literature. She received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. She then went on to complete a general practice residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, affiliated with Columbia University, and a pediatric dental residency program at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn.
As a pediatric specialist, Dr. Bair saw a need for herself to learn more about endodontics. This passion led her to complete her final residency program in endodontics at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia in Pennsylvania. As a dual specialist at an endodontic practice, Dr. Bair treats children and adults, delivering the highest quality care with that extra gentle touch of a pediatric dentist.
