Education has always been a guiding force in Dr. Elaahi's life. He began his studies at Stony Brook University in New York, earning a Bachelor of Science in engineering. He remained at Stony Brook to complete his medical degree.

A residency in anesthesiology at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York City, New York, followed. Dr. Elhaai then refined his skills and knowledge through a fellowship in pain medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Kim began his educational journey at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg before completing a Bachelor of Arts in biology at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. He went on to earn his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond.

Dr. Kim went on to complete a residency in anesthesiology at Stony Brook University in New York. He then completed fellowship training in pain medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Manish Shah, MD, is a pain management physician serving patients SEPA Pain & Spine in Limerick, Pennsylvania. He focuses on advanced and minimally invasive pain management treatments to help patients become more active and regain their independence. 

Dr. Shah grew up in a small town in upstate New York and received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, graduating with the highest honor in both biology and business administration. 

He received his medical education from St. George’s University in True Blue, Grenada. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, followed by a fellowship in pain medicine at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. 

Dr. Shah is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and dual-certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. He obtained certification in Suboxone® therapy in 2021 and is certified by the state of Pennsylvania to register patients in the medical marijuana program. 

Before joining SEPA in 2022, he was the lead pain physician for Towerhealth Pottstown Hospital and served the community from 2019 to 2021.

Dr. Selorm Takyi joined Revive Spine and Pain Center in 2020. He completed his physiatry residency at JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute, offered through the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. With a passion for teaching, he served as an academic chief resident and graduated residency in 2019. He then completed his fellowship in regenerative orthopedics and musculoskeletal medicine.

Dr. Takyi practices compassionate medicine and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society in 2014 while attending Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Specializing in both ultrasound-guided and fluoroscopic-guided techniques to treat pain and sports medicine injuries, he is excited to share his goal of using non-surgical procedures to help restore function and quality of life to his patients. With his training in physiatry, Dr. Takyi enjoys creating comprehensive treatment plans for his patients. Through his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), which he completed in 1989, he focused on the recognition and treatment of acute and chronic disabling conditions.

Following his residency, Dr. Rodriguez started his private practice. He also served as Assistant Chief of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and Director of Physical Medicine Services for the Skilled Nursing Facility of the Presbyterian Medical Center for five years, while also serving as Associate Clinical Professor within the Department of Internal Medicine of the HUP system for five years.

In addition, Dr. Rodriguez served as Medical Director of the Acupuncture Drug Detoxification Research Program of Philadelphia for one year, founder and elected Chairman of the North Philadelphia Health System’s first Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation for three years, and taught podiatry residents from the Podiatry College of Philadelphia. During that time he held admitting and consulting privileges at six Philadelphia area hospitals.

In 1997, Dr. Rodriguez began to devote his time to private office practice. Byrne L. Solberg, M.D. is a specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and spent his youth in Dearborn, Michigan. He attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan for undergraduate studies in Biology. Thereafter, he completed his medical education at the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Hahnemann University Hospital and Saint Agnes Hospital in Philadelphia. To specialize, he proudly completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. Solberg has extensive experience in inpatient and outpatient Rehabilitation Medicine. He currently specializes in injury rehabilitation, electrodiagnosis, disability evaluations, and legal medicine. Jeremy Jaffe, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe joined the team in 1996.

He spent over 20 years helping to train medical students and anesthesia residents in his capacity as Director of Medical Education for United Anesthesia Services-Abington Division. Dr. Jaffe currently serves as Vice President and Director of Human Resources for SEPA Pain Management.

He is a graduate of Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania. Dr. Jaffe received his medical school training at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. After completing an internship at Abington Hospital, he completed his residency in anesthesiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where the majority of his subspecialty training was devoted to pain management.

When not helping patients, Dr. Jaffe devotes a great deal of time to charitable causes, including his annual participation as co-chair for Rockin’ Docs for Diabetes Cure. His other interests include drumming, bicycling, playing tennis, and traveling.

Sanjay Shah, MD, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. He joined the team in 2006.

Dr. Shah earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, and his medical degree from Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico. He then completed his residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in pain management, both at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.

He is a pain management physician who specializes in treating debilitating and painful conditions through various interventional orthopedic therapies. His philosophy for treating patients is based on staying current with the latest pain management, minimally invasive spine surgery, and regenerative techniques so he can provide the best possible care for his patients.

Dr. Shah is dual board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine through the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty certification in pain medicine.
