Dr. MacLean received her medical degree from the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine and Rheumatology. Dr. MacLean holds her undergraduate Honours Degree in Biochemistry from Mount Allison University and her Masters of Medical Sciences - Oncology from the University of Alberta. She is a professional microscopist and worked in biomedical research at the University of Victoria and the University of California San Diego prior to her medical training.
Before forming Kaplan MacLean Rheumatology, she was Clinical Lecturer and Rheumatologist in the Division of Rheumatology at the University of Alberta, where she enjoyed teaching students and residents. Her friendly nature, enthusiasm and genuine passion for her patients provided her with the reputation for being able to connect easily with them, providing comfort during often stressful times or sharing a laugh.

Board-certified rheumatologist Barbara Kage, MD, FACR, is the President at Rheumatology and Allergy Institute of Connecticut, LLC in Manchester and Middletown, Connecticut. Dr. Kage is highly trained in diagnosing and managing complex rheumatic disorders, with special focus on arthritis, osteoporosis, and autoimmune inflammatory diseases.

Dr. Kage began her medical career as a student at the Medical University of Lublin in Poland. Upon graduating with her medical degree, she went on to complete a rotating internship in Australia at Monash University in Melbourne, Royal Melbourne Hospital and Dandenong Hospital.
Dr. Kage continued her postdoctoral training with an internal medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester and a rheumatology fellowship training program at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.

Dr. Rachel Kapelow is a native New Yorker who completed most of her education in the Big Apple. After an internal medicine residency at Jacobi Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, she completed her rheumatology fellowship at Hofstra University at Northwell Health.
During her training, Dr. Kapelow authored many peer-reviewed articles, specifically in topics related to autoimmune conditions and inflammatory arthritis. She has extensive research experience in evaluating the efficacy of ultrasound-guided injections and preventing osteoporosis fractures. Dr. Kapelow is an advocate for her patients, helping them navigate through the most challenging illnesses. She is grateful for the myriad of state-of-the-art treatment options available to help her patients get back to leading productive lives.
Growing up in New York City, Dr. Kapelow enjoyed visiting local galleries and museums. Painting is a fantastic outlet for her to unleash her creative side. As a professionally trained ballroom dancer, she understands how arthritis can affect a person’s life and is dedicated to improving her patients’ day-to-day living.
Leaving the blistering winters behind, Dr. Kapelow, her husband, and their two sons are soaking up the beautiful South Florida weather and local activities. She loves finding time to use her culinary talents to prepare unique dishes blending her Russian heritage and love of multi-ethnic cuisines.

Jeffrey Feinstein, MD, is a board-certified rheumatologist at Rheumatology Solutions in San Antonio, Texas. He has over two decades of experience.
Dr. Feinstein earned his bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from the University of California at Riverside and graduated from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He completed an internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. After completing his post graduate training, he served as a key faculty member for the internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship program at Wilford Hall Medical Center.
Dr. Feinstein joined Rheumatology Solutions upon separating from the USAF in 2006. He maintains his advanced credentials with continuing education and is board-certified in rheumatology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Feinstein is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, Texas Medical Association, and Bexar County Medical Association.

Kenneth Des Rosier, MD compassionately cares for patients at Rheumatology Solutions in San Antonio, Texas. He’s a former USAF Flight Surgeon with more than a decade of experience practicing medicine in the San Antonio area.
Dr. DesRosier earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of South Florida in Tampa and completed his medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in Miami, Florida. Dr. DesRosier finished his training with an internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio.
He retired from the US Air Force in 2008 after 31 years of military service. For eight years, he served on faculty with the Rheumatology Fellowship Training Program at Wilford Hall Medical Center, where he trained general internists and rheumatologists. Dr. DesRosier has extensive experience treating patients with diverse rheumatologic conditions.
He maintains his advanced credentials with continuing education. Dr. DesRosier is dual-board-certified in rheumatology and internal medicine by the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons (NBPAS). He’s a fellow of the American College of Rheumatology (FACR).
Dr. DesRosier earned Top Doctor in San Antonio Scene Magazine. He served as an investigator on pharmaceutical studies that evaluated the effectiveness of new biologic agents for systemic lupus erythematosus and rheumatoid arthritis. Board-certified rheumatologist Thomas Hoffmann, MD, enthusiastically cares for patients at Rheumatology Solutions in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Hoffmann retired from the Army after eight years of practice at San Antonio Military Medical Center. There, he was on the rheumatology fellowship faculty, where he trained rheumatologists and internists.
Dr. Hoffmann received a bachelor’s degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. He completed his medical degree at Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland, and his internal medicine residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. He also completed a rheumatology fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda.
Dr. Hoffmann previously served as a medic with Special Forces. He’s highly skilled at improving chronic pain and overall patient health using simple, yet effective, methods like diet and physical activity. He maintains his medical credentials by staying up-to-date with the latest advances in rheumatology. Dr. Hoffmann is dual-board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful children. Dr. Hoffmann’s hobbies include yoga, fitness, meditation, home improvement, motorcycling, and building fountains. Constantine K. Saadeh, MD, FAAAAI, FACP, FACR, is a board-certified internal medicine specialist serving patients at Allergy A.R.T.S. in Amarillo, Texas.
In addition to internal medicine, Dr. Saadeh has fellowships and additional board certifications in allergy/immunology, rheumatology, and gerontology. Although that may seem an unusual combination of interests, he chose these specialties because they complement one another.
Many arthritic conditions stem from disorders of the autoimmune system, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, polymyositis, and many other conditions. Most conditions treated by an allergist/immunologist also involve the immune system. Knowledge of the pathology surrounding both specialties enhances the understanding of the immune system as a whole.
Since many patients with arthritic conditions are part of the elderly population and metabolize medications differently than others, understanding the physical differences allows him insight into differing treatment approaches for different age groups.
Dr. Saadeh is “grandfathered” in allergy/immunology and rheumatology. That means he is not required to recertify through the stringent testing recertification requirements. Nonetheless, Dr. Saadeh opts to voluntarily re-certify. His academic background has driven him to reinvest practice revenues into cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and the well-trained personnel it takes to operate it.

Ashley Rodriguez, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She provides compassionate and effective care to patients at Allergy A.R.T.S. in Amarillo, Texas.
Ashley began pursuing her nursing education at Amarillo College in Texas. After earning her degree, she then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She continued her education, earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2022.
Ashley is board-certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She brings a wealth of knowledge to Allergy A.R.T.S. from her time as a floor nurse and serving in healthcare management before becoming a nurse practitioner.
She was proudly born and raised in the Texas Panhandle and continues to hold onto her strong Christian faith. Ashley spends her downtime with her loved ones and looks forward to giving back to the community that gave her so much.

I have many years experience and over 20 years Board Certification in Rheumatology and Internal medicine. I focus on Rheumatology/Arthritis illness and do some Internal medicine as well as addiction medicine with a Suboxone treatment program.
A member of the American College of Rheumatology and American College of Physicians, she specializes in connective tissue diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, myositis, vasculitis, and scleroderma.
Actively involved in clinical research, Dr. Rivera was trained at the New York University Medical School where she participated in research studies focusing on the treatment of lupus nephritis, and lupus and pregnancy. She has an interest in osteoporosis, Lyme disease and fibromyalgia.
She volunteers at UCSD free clinic providing accessible, quality healthcare for the underserved in an environment where students, health professionals and patients learn from one another. She works as a Per Diem at an community clinic, Family Health Centers of San Diego, for the underserved. She participates in Project Access helping uninsured patients get access to specialists. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and children.
William C. Tidmore, Jr., MD, is a rheumatologist at Valdosta Specialty Clinic in Valdosta, Georgia.
Dr. Tidmore received his medical doctorate from Emory University School of Medicine in 1990., graduating magna cum laude. He entered the residency program of internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1990 and was a fellow in the Division of Rheumatology at John Hopkins Hospital from 1993-1996.
Dr. Tidmore was asked to serve as Associate Chief of Service for the Johns Hopkins Department of Medicine from 1994-1995. He was awarded the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine House Staff Outstanding reacher Award in 1994.
He returned to South Georgia in 1996 to start his practice in rheumatology and internal medicine. Dr. Tidmore is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine in both internal medicine and rheumatology. He is on staff at South Georgia Medical Center and Smith Northview Hospital.
He was joined by his wife, Dr. Jennifer E. Lawrence of endocrinology, in 2000 to form Valdosta Specialty Clinic, a specialty clinic within Valdosta Family Medicine.
