Mandi has over ten years of experience working as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). After receiving her Master's Degree from Northwestern University, she began working as an SLP in the elementary school setting, and soon added pediatric therapy clinic work as well. Mandi is passionate about helping children communicate effectively so that they can build relationships, share ideas, learn, and grow.

She utilizes a total communication approach to teach children self-advocacy skills including expressing their wants and needs effectively. Danielle is a fun-loving and caring Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. Danielle attended Northern Arizona University where she earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degree all while swimming competitively for her university’s NAU Lumberjack NCAA DI Swimming and Diving team. Danielle’s passion is working with children and she “loves watching kids learn and grow and seeing the wonder and excitement in their eyes as they realize they're capable of doing new things.”

Her hobbies include spending time with her family, swimming, grounding/being in her garden and backyard, exploring the outdoors, and listening to and feeling live music. Julia Trejo is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) of 6 years and a Multimedia Designer of over 10 years who specializes in Graphic and Web Designing. Julia is also the creator of the podcast Your Story Your Voice (YSYV) a podcast for survivors of physical and mental abuse.
Her goal is to teach others how to reconnect with oneself to safely rebuild boundaries. In doing so she hopes to give those who have a story a voice to match.
When Julia is not being a very busy and sought after health and wellness / design professional , she can be found working on canvas pieces, photography, or music.
Mei Ling León, M.S., CF-SLP, TSSLD/BE, received her M.S. in Communicative Sciences and Disorders with a bilingual extension certification in Spanish from New York University. Mei earned her B.S. in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from CUNY Lehman College and a B.B.A. in Business Administration from CUNY Baruch College. Moreover, she is certified in LSVT-LOUD.
Mei presented at the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) conference in 2022, sharing her expertise and research focused on advancing the field of speech-language pathology through the NYU Swallowing Research Lab. Moreover, Mei has supported adult clients at RUSK Rehabilitation Center at NYU Langone Health, leading Aphasia Community Groups for individuals with acquired language disorders following a stroke or brain injury.
Throughout her clinical externship experiences, Mei has developed culturally responsive and evidence-based practices to best support her clients and families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. She completed clinical externships in a variety of clinical settings, such as public schools, private practices, and skilled nursing facilities. In addition, Mei has worked with a diverse range of pediatric and adult clients who present with dysphagia, voice, literacy, speech, language, and social communication disorders.
Mei has a passion for supporting individuals across the lifespan and takes the time to get to know each individual she works with, tailoring her inventions to their unique needs and goals.

Mike Cole M.S. CCC-SLP earned his Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from Illinois State University in 2004. Currently, Mike is president of Use Your Words, P.C., private clinical practice specializing in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Mike provides AAC evaluation and treatment for individuals with autism, Down Syndrome, genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, and ALS. Mike presents at local, national, and international conferences and webinars related to AAC. He also provides consultation and training to schools and families related to AAC implementation. Mike has prior experience as a speech-language pathologist in the school setting serving those with complex communication needs. He also has experience as an Assistive Technology Specialist in the schools focusing on AAC evaluation, implementation, and staff training. Additionally, Mike serves as VP for the American Board of Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
