Harman Kular, MD specializes in critical care and pulmonary medicine. He is board certified in internal medicine and pulmonary medicine and board eligible in critical care. Dr. Kular completed all of his medical educaton and training through Baylor College of Medicine, which allowed him to practice in a wide variety of settings within the Texas Medical Center, including the Harris Health System and the Veterans Affairs Health System. Andrew earned an associate’s degree at the Lower Columbia College, College of Nursing in Longview, Washington, before completing his Bachelor of Science in nursing with honors at the University of Texas College of Nursing in Arlington. Born in Houston and raised in Caldwell, Dr. Norman is a native Texan. Dr. Norman earned his medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. He went on to complete his internship and internal medicine residency at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, Mississippi, where he served as chief resident. Afterward, he completed his cardiovascular fellowship at Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area in Texas as chief cardiology fellow.
