“The entire experience revealed the ineptitude of the practice. From receiving 2 confirmation calls from the same person within 4 minutes of each other and no recognition of it, then receiving a phone call 10 minutes later cancelling due to the (wrong) doctor not being available- had to fight with the guy to get him to listen. Dr Hord seems nice enough but apparently I have a minor break in a vertebrae he didn’t bother to tell me about. During the bilateral epidural, he didn’t really speak to me, let me know what would or could happen and sent me home within 5 minutes with not so much as a f-you (which is what everyone made me feel like) even though he literally hit a nerve on my left side leaving me with left side pain I didn’t have before the procedure. The epidural only lasted 6 days. Saw Raul for the follow up that essentially told me they could do it again (hard pass) or a shot for a problem we just determined wasn’t the problem. He had no clue what next steps there could be. I will get a second opinion and likely not return to this practice. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.”
