Dr. David Neckman practices at the Conyers, Covington, and Piedmont/Atlanta locations. Dr. Neckman graduated from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City where he also went on to complete a residency in anesthesiology and a pain medicine fellowship. He is double board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine in addition to being named an Atlanta magazine Top Doctor in 2022, and again in 2023. Dr. Neckman also serves on the Clinical Governance Committee for Piedmont Hospital as the interventional pain management representative and has practiced in the Atlanta area for 5 years.
Dr. Rhee Miller practices in our Conyers, Covington, and Peachtree City locations, and received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia before completing an anesthesiology residency at Emory University. Board certified in anesthesiology and interventional pain management, Dr. Miller specializes in spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion stimulation as well as the Vertiflex™ procedure plus she is a member of The Society of Women Innovators in Pain Management, the North American Neuromodulation Society (NANS), and the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (GSIPP). With more than 15 years of combined experience in interventional pain and anesthesiology, Dr. Miller uses her unique experience to offer patients a variety of options to treat their pain.
Andrew Kilday, MD, is a skilled anesthesiologist and pain management specialist at Alliance Spine & Pain in Lawrenceville, Sandy Springs, and Covington, Georgia. He looks forward to serving patients in and around the community, providing them with excellent care.
Dr. Kilday graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, with a degree in business management. Understanding his passion for people, he began his graduate studies at the University of Georgia, eventually earning his master’s in Public Health Policy and Management.
Taking his interest in healthcare globally, Dr. Kilday received his medical training at the University of Queensland’s Ochsner Medical School in Brisbane, Australia, and New Orleans, Louisiana. Relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Kilday completed both a residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in interventional pain management at Emory University’s School of Medicine.
Dr. Kilday is board-certified in anesthesiology and board-eligible for interventional pain management. He looks forward to welcoming and treating patients at Alliance Spine & Pain.
