Dr. Tuck graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Insititute of Technology, and practiced as an engineer for a few years before making the switch to medicine. Dr. Tackitt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and his medical degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia. He relocated to Denver, Colorado, to complete an internship in internal medicine, a second internship in obstetrics and gynecology, and a residency in obstetrics and gynecology, all at St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Dr. Tackitt is currently a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and enjoys membership in the Missouri State Medical Association, the St. Louis Gynecological Society, and the American Urogynecologic Society. Prior to joining the team at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta in 1999, he ran a private practice in southern Missouri.
In his practice, Dr. Tackitt specializes in pelvic floor reconstruction, the treatment of urinary incontinence, and advanced minimally invasive laparoscopy. He maintains a subspecialty interest in urogynecology and teaches pelvic floor reconstruction surgical procedures.

Kimberly A. Huffman, MD, is a board-certified OB-GYN who provides high-quality treatments and compassionate care to her patients at OB-GYN Associates of Marietta, located in Marietta and Woodstock, Georgia.
Dr. Huffman graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Dr. Needham is a proud Louisiana native who graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She earned her medical degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia, and completed her OB/GYN residency at Mercy Hospital in Chicago. During her residency, she served as the chief resident, was awarded the Academic Achievement Award, the Resident Achievement in Laparoscopy Award, and earned the title “Special Resident in Minimally Invasive Gynecology-Robotics and Laparoscopy.”

He has over 26 years of experience as a physician and is a national public speaker, published author, local and national surgical preceptor, and a research and development consultant for a number of medical and surgical companies. Michelle Picon, MD, MPH, FACOG is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Georgia Obstetrics and Gynecology in Atlanta and Alpharetta, Georgia. She finds every aspect of her career incredibly fulfilling, from delivering babies to performing surgery and treating a variety of gynecologic conditions. Although she was raised in Rome, Georgia, Dr. Picon is originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico and a native Spanish speaker. Lauren M. Little, MD, FACOG is an OB/GYN in Atlanta, Georgia. She is proud to serve patients at Atlanta Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates.
Dr. Little was born and raised near Boulder, Colorado. She completed her undergraduate education at the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science in anthropology and biomedical sciences.
After receiving her medical degree at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo, she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Memorial Health University Medical Center, affiliated with Mercer University, in Savannah, Georgia. During her residency, she served as the Administrative Chief Resident for the hospital and received recognition from the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine for her work in obstetrics.
During her training, Dr. Little became involved in Junior Fellow leadership for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, holding the title of Georgia Section Vice-Chair. She has been involved in lobbying for maternal health at the state and national levels. She has authored publications on topics involving enhanced recovery at the time of cesarean sections and placental pathology related to preeclampsia.

Peter J. Barratt, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN serving patients in the Atlanta, Georgia, area. He joined the team at Atlanta Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates in July 2005. Dr. Barratt has been in practice in Atlanta since 1986. He earned his medical degree at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio and completed his internship and residency and obstetrics and gynecology at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio.
Prior to joining the team at Atlanta Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates, he served as President of Prime Time Obstetrics and Gynecology for 16 years. She's received training in high-risk obstetrics, reproductive endocrinology and infertility, gynecology oncology, and urogynecology. In addition to her medical training, Dr. Samaddar has been in several publications relating to breast cancer and antiestrogen resistance.
