Bonaventure Ngu, MD is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon who's passionate about alleviating your back and neck pain, restoring your mobility, and educating you on how best to preserve and optimize your spinal health. Born in Cameroon, West Africa, Dr. Ngu obtained his doctor of medicine from the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center’s Shock Trauma Center.
At the Shock Trauma Center, Dr. Ngu developed an appreciation for the delicate and complex composition of the spine as well as a passion for helping patients with spinal injuries and disorders. He went on to complete a spine surgery fellowship at the Leatherman Spine Institute in Louisville, Kentucky.
Although he is an expert orthopaedic spine surgeon, Dr. Ngu always chooses the least invasive therapies possible to give you the best outcome and to minimize trauma to healthy tissues. He is a member of the LESSociety, which promotes less exposure surgery. LES®️ techniques reduce blood loss, radiation exposure, and surgical time.

Michael Graham, Ph.D., M.D., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in the evaluation and treatment of all types of spinal disorders in adults, including neck pain, back pain, disc problems, and pinched nerves. Dr. Graham is skilled in a variety of innovative diagnostic and treatment methods. At the Northwest Spine Center in The Woodlands, Texas, patients receive comprehensive, conservative, and compassionate care in order to achieve healing.

Dr. Graham earned his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical School in Houston, Texas. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Graham completed a one-year internship in General Surgery and then a four-year residency in Orthopedic Surgery at The University of Texas Medical School in Houston, Texas. After that, Dr. Graham completed a one-year fellowship in spine surgery in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine, also in Houston, Texas. Dr. Graham has authored or co-authored several scientific and medical research articles in spinal surgery.
Dr. Graham treats all spine-related conditions in adults and considers all non-invasive options before recommending surgery. Kevin M. Moran, MD, is a highly specialized and board certified orthopedic surgeon, specializing in spine surgery. Dr. Moran grew up in the Clear Lake area graduating valedictorian of Clear Creek High School. He worked for Texaco developing advanced control programs for petrochemical plants prior to pursuing medicine. Dr. Moran graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from the University of Texas McGovern Medical School in the Texas Medical Center in Houston.
Following general orthopedic training, Dr. Moran completed a spine fellowship at the Institute of Spinal Disorders at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. After, his fellowship Dr. Moran was appointed an assistant professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Baylor College of Medicine and collaborated with researchers at the Baylor Center for Cell and Gene Therapy which resulted in a patent for minimally invasive spine fusion.
He takes a conservative and evidence-based treatment approach, using advanced therapies, including minimally invasive computer-navigated spine surgery. Neel Pancholi, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist. Dr. Pancholi’s practice includes general orthopedics, minimally invasive arthroscopic procedures, total joint replacement, and fracture care. He offers comprehensive patient care at The Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre in Conroe, Texas.
Dr. Pancholi graduated Summa Cum Laude from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
