Dr. Neil Sinha provides comprehensive interventional pain medicine at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics, where he tailors individual treatment options to the unique needs of each patient. Dr Saurabh Dang is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties.  A graduate of Hamilton College, in Clinton, NY, Dr Dang completed his internship in General Surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, NY. He then went on to receive his training in Anesthesiology at New York Medical College, in Valhalla, NY. During his Anesthesiology training, Dr Dang was elected and served as Chief Resident and received the “Resident of the Year Award” during his final year of training. He went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at The University of Toledo, in Toledo, OH. He received his MBA from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. 

Since completing his training, Dr Dang has been in private practice in New Jersey.  He has specialized in neuromodulation and the implementation of spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal drug delivery systems for the treatment of chronic pain.  He has been a faculty member for multiple fellowship training labs throughout the United States, teaching physicians on implantation techniques of spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pumps.  Dr Dang has also served as a faculty member for various pain societies.

Dr. Dipan Patel is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain physician at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics. Lauren received her Bachelor of Nursing degree at William Paterson University, and acquired her Doctor of Nursing Practice, Adult Nurse Practitioner from Rutgers University. Prior to completing her Doctor of Nursing program, Lauren was an orthopedic nurse for five years at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Upon graduation, she immediately began her career as a pain management nurse practitioner.

Lauren was chosen to speak about Pain Management/Opioid Crisis at the Saint Barnabas Medical Center Nursing Excellence Conference in 2018. When asked what brought Lauren to the medical field, she responded " I had brain surgery as a child, and knew that I wanted to take care of others the way I was cared for during my recovery. I originally went to school/began a career in Business Marketing but knew something was always missing; causing me to pursue my dream of becoming a nurse."

Andrew So, MD, is a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain management physician at Garden State Pain & Orthopedics with offices in Edison, Clifton, Hazlet or Jersey City, New Jersey. Dr. So believes that each patient’s care should be personalized and strives to ensure the highest level of comfort and compassion through a multi-modal treatment approach. His specialties include neck pain, back pain, spine pain, post-laminectomy syndrome, headache pain, migraine pain, joint pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, neuropathy, acute, and post-surgical pain syndromes, and complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), amongst others.

Dr. So attended the University of Michigan, where he graduated as an Angel Scholar with a Bachelor of Science in Brain Behavior & Cognitive Sciences. Jose Campos, MD, is a Board Certified Physiatrist and Sports Medicine doctor, who specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, and non-surgical orthopedic conditions. He earned his undergraduate degree from New York University, and graduated from New Jersey Medical School (University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey) in 2007.

Dr. Campos completed an internship at Saint Vincent’s Catholic Medical Center in New York, and a residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Kessler/Rutgers University. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine and Interventional Pain Management at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.

Dr. Campos was born and raised in New York City before his family relocated to Buenos Aires, Argentina, and later Mexico City. Asher Goldstein, MD, is a board-certified pain management physician at Zephyr Medical in the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. 

Proud of his unique approach to patient care, Dr. Goldstein takes a hands-on approach to therapies for various conditions, bringing an out-of-the-box thinking style to his treatment plans.

Dr. Kothari grew up in northern New Jersey, where his family still resides. He was accepted into an accelerated seven-year medical program directly from high school. He completed his undergraduate studies in three years at the New York Institute of Technology and then went on for his medical schooling at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

He completed his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, where he served as chief resident in his final year. 

Dr. Kothari completed additional fellowship training in interventional spine care and sports medicine at Orthopaedic and Spine Specialists in York, Pennsylvania, under Michael Furman, MD, an international figure in the field. 

Before joining MBO, Dr. Kothari was a clinical instructor for the Department of PM&R at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mahmud Ibrahim, MD, at Revive Spine and Pain Center Marlton, Hamilton Township, East Brunswick and Northfield, New Jersey, holds dual board certification in sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation and is fellowship trained in interventional pain management.

When treating patients at Revive Spine and Pain Center, his goal is to restore function, reduce pain, and promote an active, healthy lifestyle using conservative measures whenever possible.

Dr. Arfan Qureshi joined Revive Spine and Pain Center in 2022. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, his approach has always been holistic in nature. Dr. Qureshi has learned early on to treat the patient rather than the symptom.  The goal of treatment is to make the patient functional again using a multimodal approach of therapies, lifestyle modifications, medications, and interventions.
