“Marcus is a very kind and caring man. He was very attentive to my health condition. He explained what he was doing and made sure that I was using the correct posture and form for the exercises he had me do at home. I have gone to several Physical Therapists over the years and Marcus was by far the most thorough. I would absolutely go to him again if I need PT and I highly recommend him.”

Dr. Shah’s passion for pelvic health physical therapy stems from the joy it brings her when patients return to the clinic and report an increase in their community participation, which may have previously been limited due to psychosocial factors stemming from pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. Her patients’ triumphs in regaining control over their bodies, ultimately allowing for increased independence, motivates her to continue growing as a clinician to provide the highest quality of evidence-based patient care.
Sheena has earned her Certificate in Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association and is currently pursuing a Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Health Physical Therapy to equip herself with crucial knowledge and clinical skills to help those suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction.
“Sheena goes above and beyond the calling of a PT. She will address all issues with her patients even if they have nothing to do with the pelvic floor. She has been instrumental in solving my issues (some quite embarrassing) and helping me gain confidence to put myself out there. Sheena is easy to talk to and, now that I have been discharged from her care, I will very much miss sharing with her. I feel that she has become a good friend as well as a trusted member of my healthcare team.”
