I will always lead with the assumption that the most important person in the treatment room or gym, is not the provider, but the patient. I want to know about you; your interests, and your goals. After that comes a brief background on myself. I graduated from Lyndon Institute in Lyndonville Vermont, where I currently live with my family. I graduated with honors from the University of Vermont and was Captain of the Division 1 track and field program. I took a little time off to scour the medical landscape before accepting the call to be a Physical Therapist and graduated from UVM with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. After cutting my teeth at an amazing outpatient clinic in St. Johnsbury Vermont for 9 years, I once again followed the call, and opened up Strong Oaks Physical Therapy. Every patient has a story and a journey. I will scour the whole kinetic chain to help clear all the physical barriers on that path. Good health does not END with Rehab, it STARTS with optimization!
I am an Oklahoma native who loves running, skiing, using my peloton and volunteering with middle school students in my spare time. I moved to Colorado to be closer to my sisters and the mountains.
I was first introduced to pelvic floor physical therapy as a first year physical therapy student in my first clinical. I am passionate about helping females get back to their best lives after pelvic dysfunction. I integrate my orthopedic background with all of my pelvic patients, and feel it is important to screen the entire body for dysfunction. Dr. Brian Vasicek, PT, DPT, OCS is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy who is also certified in functional manual medicine. He specializes in integrated functional exercise, muscle energy technique, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and high-velocity low-amplitude thrust (HVLAT) spinal manipulation. He obtained his dual bachelor’s degrees in biology and health sciences from the University of Michigan-Flint in Flint, Michigan in 1998. He later returned to earn his master’s degree in physical therapy in 2000 and his transitional doctorate through the same program in 2020. Since graduation, Dr. Vasicek has completed many certifications, including dry needling through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy. He is also certified in functional manual medicine through Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan.

Marie Mastracci, PT, CST-T, is a certified craniosacral physical therapist with more than 37 years of experience. At Back To You Osteopractic Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation in our Royal Oak location, Marie specializes in craniosacral therapy (CST), evaluating, educating, and treating patients to help improve their quality of life.
Marie earned her physical therapy degree from Oakland University in Oakland County, Michigan in 1984. After graduation, Marie obtained her certification in CST and has presented her learnings at several conferences with the Integrative Medicine Department and the Neuroscience Center’s Concussion program.
With advanced training in CST, Marie is a certified teaching assistant for the Upledger Institute in Palm Beach, Florida. She teaches coursework both locally and nationally, teaching others about the benefits of CST for migraines, headaches, neck and back pain.

She has recently moved back to Denver after treating in Oakland, CA the last number of years and having her first baby.
