Mr. Oh attended Long Island University, where he received his master’s in physical therapy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Yonsei University and completed his master’s in health science at the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Mr. Oh is a part of Wellness Center. He is bilingual in English and Korean. He has completed five seminars utilizing the Maitland- Australian approach, Myofascial Release approach, and the Sensory Integration approach. Anna received her undergraduate degree from the University of Akron and went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. Anna has had the privilege of gaining clinical experience with a variety of athletes from youth and high school athletes to professional athletes within the MLB, NFL and NBA.
Anna is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and spent 6 months living in Chile after high school where her love for lifting started to grow and where she was able to learn more about other cultures and gain fluency in Spanish. In her free time she enjoys working out, exploring Arizona and going on hikes with her boyfriend and their dog, Friday!

Dr. Philip Secondez, PT, DPT, CSCS was born and raised in San Francisco, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Francisco State University before moving to Long Island, NY, where he obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Institute of Technology. Alongside his practice as a Physical Therapist, Philip works as a part-time Powerlifting Coach, overseeing several competitive lifters throughout the U.S. Aside from his experience in treating a multitude of orthopedic conditions, Philip specializes in programming, work-load management, and periodization for the barbell athlete. Dr. Cate has been a PT since 2006.
