Ronald R. Brancaccio, MD, founded the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®) in 1979. He diagnoses and treats a wide variety of skin conditions at SINY’s® three offices in the West Village of New York City and the Bay Ridge and Park Slope areas of Brooklyn, New York.
After earning his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Brancaccio completed an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He then completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Brancaccio is board-certified in dermatology, and he is a clinical professor at New York University School of Medicine in New York City. When he’s not tending to patients at SINY® or teaching future dermatologists, he lectures on dermatology-related topics and has authored more than 40 scholarly publications, primarily on the subject of skin allergies.
Currently serving on the board of directors of the American Contact Dermatitis Society and the New York State Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Brancaccio has also served as president of the New York Dermatologic Society, the Bay Ridge Medical Society, and the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, He maintains active memberships in those professional organizations as well as the American Academy of Dermatology and the Annenberg Circle Committee for the Dermatology Foundation, which supports vital dermatology research. In addition, he is an honorary member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology and the Canadian Dermatology Association.
Dr. Brancaccio has received numerous professional honors throughout his long and distinguished career. Besides multiple inclusions on the prestigious list of New York Magazine’s Best Doctors, the nonprofit Dermatology Foundation named him the 2014 Practitioner of the Year.
Sydney Liang, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology with an emphasis on delivering compassionate, high quality, and patient-centered care. She has a special interest in the prevention and surgical management of skin cancers, the treatment of acne and acne scarring, rosacea, psoriasis, cosmetic injectables, and laser treatments and resurfacing.
With a strong educational background and rigorous training, Dr. Liang completed her undergraduate degrees in cell biology, genetics, and human development at the University of Maryland, earning early acceptance to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society as a Junior and graduating with the highest honors of summa cum laude. Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. She then attended Touro College for a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies, where she received the Leadership, Academic, and Clinical Achievement awards upon graduation. She is currently an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants. Brendan Camp, MD, is double board-certified in dermatology and dermatopathology and sees patients at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, which has locations in Upper East Side, Hampton Bays, Commack, Smithtown, Plainview, and Midtown East of Manhattan, New York. Patients have been coming to him for his expertise managing medical conditions like acne, rosacea, eczema, warts, psoriasis, moles, and skin cancer, as well as cosmetic concerns and treatments with Botox®, fillers, lasers, and other skin rejuvenation devices.
Dr. Camp graduated with honors from Cornell University, earning a degree in biochemistry. Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.
Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.
Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. Mark Oestreicher, MD, is board-certified in dermatology and internal medicine. He treats patients at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Trumbull and Westport, Connecticut.
Dr. Oestreicher graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and interned at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
Dr. Oestreicher completed his residency in dermatology at UCLA Health Sciences Center, where he was among the first to use fillers, such as Juvéderm®.

Michael Noonan, MD, is board-certified in both pediatric and general dermatology. He treats patients at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Derby, Trumbull, and Westport, Connecticut.
Dr. Noonan graduated from Williams College magna cum laude with a degree in chemistry. He received his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and completed his internship at Yale University Hospital with a concentration in pediatrics. Dr. Noonan completed his dermatology residency at George Washington University School of Medicine.
He is on-staff at Bridgeport Hospital and a clinical dermatology instructor at Yale University School of Medicine.
Dr. Noonan has published articles and has been a guest lecturer. As a father of four, Dr. Noonan understands parents' concerns about their children's skin, especially when conditions such as rashes, eczema, warts, and acne flare up. As a highly skilled and board-certified dermatologist, Forrest N. White, MD, offers comprehensive skin care at Manhattan Dermatology. He cares for patients at the practice’s two locations in Murray Hill and Midtown East, New York City.
Dr. White earned his doctor of medicine degree from Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. During his medical program, Dr. White was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
After graduation, Dr. White completed his internal medicine internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, which is a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School. He then went through his specialty dermatology residency at New York University’s Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology in New York City, a premier dermatology residency program. Dr. White is currently board certified through the American Board of Dermatology.
Throughout his career, Dr. White has been active in research and has published several articles in dermatology journals. Dr. White practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, and he enjoys seeing patients of all ages.
