Dr. Raghavan is mainly based out of Kettering Brain and Spine. She joined DCND in 2023. Dr. Raghavan earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine at Ohio University. She completed her residency in neurology at Kettering Health Dayton and a fellowship in epilepsy at the University of Cincinnati.
One of Dr. Raghavan’s biggest goals with her patients is improving the quality of their lives through all aspects of epilepsy care, such as acute care and refractory epilepsy, including vagal nerve stimulator placement and pre-surgical evaluation.

Dr. Menkedick studied at the University of Indianapolis in Indiana, where he double majored in biology and chemistry. He then pursued his osteopathic medicine doctorate at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
After completing his residency at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio, Dr. Menkedick joined notable organizations, including the American Academy of Neurology and the American Osteopathic Association, reflecting his commitment to staying abreast of the latest advancements in his field.
Driven by a lifelong goal of helping others, Dr. Menkedick embarked on a career in medicine. In 2020, he joined DCND, bringing his expertise and passion to improve the quality of life for his patients. He finds great fulfillment in making a positive impact on their lives.
When he isn’t caring for patients, Dr. Menkedick values spending time outdoors and with his wife and three children.
